This study explores the dynamics of what is called the new family . This concept of new family, where parents are of the same gender, has expectedly brought up a number of questions and criticisms from society. The unconventional family structure hence poses a greater challenge to family members especially to the same- parents sex parents of whose quality of parenting is brought into question. This study delves into the consequences of having an unconventional family set-up and paints us a picture of how same-sex couples could function as parents
