5-2 22 ..........................................................................................................................منابع و مآخذ                     فهرست اشکال، جداول و نمودارها  17 ...................................................... : تعیین و مقایسه متغیرهاي دموگرافیک در دو گروه مورد مطالعه1جدول  17 ...................................... : تعیین و مقایسه میانگین سطح سرمی ویتامین دي در دو گروه مورد مطالعه2جدول  18 ........................................................ : تعیین و مقایسه فراوانی ویتامین دي در دو گروه مورد مطالعه3جدول                             فارسیچکیده                  زمینه و هدف:تکاملی هستند که به دلیل انقباضات ناگهانی و غیرارادی -اختالالت تیک، گروهی از اختالالت عصبی یک یا چند عضله با حرکات غیر ریتمیک اغلب در دوران کودکی رخ می دهند. بیشتر مطالعات حاکی د. هدف از نقش ترکیبی ژنتیک، بیولوژیک، فاکتورهای سایکولوژیک و محیطی در اختالالت تیک هستنبررسی سطح سرمی ویتامین دی در کودکان با اختالل تیک مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه مطالعه حاضر،  بود.  99-98های بعثت در شهر کرمان طی سال  مواد و روش ها: کودک مبتال به اختالل تیک )حرکتی یا  63شاهدی، سطح سرمی ویتامین دی -در این مطالعه موردمقایسه  1398-99مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه های بعثت شهر کرمان در سال  کودک سالم  63صوتی( با اطالعات بالینی بیماران با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمع آوری شد. پس از مشخص شدن اختالل تیک،  شد.به عنوان کمبود  (ng/mL) 20سطح سرمی ویتامین دی در بیماران بررسی شد. سطح سرمی کمتر از به   (ng/mL) 90تا  30سطح سرمی  به عنوان سطح ناکافی و 30تا20سرمی  سطحویتامین دی وبرای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های آمار توصیفی )فراوانی،  عنوان میزان نرمال در نظر گرفته شد.تی  و  لجستیک  رگرسیون  کای،  مجذور  )آزمون  تحلیلی  میانگین(،  مرکزی  شاخص  و  نسبی  فراوانی  استفاده شد. 20نسخه  SPSSمستقل( و نرم افزار  یافته ها: تفاوت معنی داری بین دو گروه  در هر دو گروه بیشترین تعداد بیماران، دختر بودند. برحسب جنسیت( نداشت  مورد  p= 205/0وجود  گروه  در  بیماران  سن  میانگین  شاهد   31/0±37/10(.  گروه  در  و و در گروه  98/16±35/0(. میانگین شاخص توده بدنی در گروه مورد، p= 971/0بود ) 41/06±0/10گروه شاهد بیشتر از گروه (. میانگین سطح سرمی ویتامین دی در p=838/0بود ) 16/ 0±56/84شاهد  (. p=036/0مورد بود. این تفاوت از لحاظ آماری معنی دار بود ) نتیجه گیري: میانگین سطح سرمی ویتامین دی در کودکان مبتال به تیک به طور معنی  نتایج این مطالعه نشان دادوالنی مدت بیشتری با داری کمتر از کودکان سالم بود. برای بررسی و تأیید این رابطه، به مطالعات ط تعداد بیشتری از بیماران نیاز است. ویتامین دی، کودکان، اختالل تیک، ایران کلیدواژه ها:                           چکیده انگلیسی           Abstract Background and aim: Tick disorders are a group of developmental neurological disorders that often occur in childhood due to sudden and involuntary contractions of one or more muscles with non-rhythmic movements. Most studies suggest a combined role of genetic, biological, psychological, and environmental factors in tic disorders. This study aimed to evaluate the serum level of vitamin D in children with tic disorder referred to Besat clinics in Kerman during 2019-20. Materials and Methods: In this case-control study, the serum levels of vitamin D of 63 children with tics (motor or vocal) were compared with 63 healthy children referred to Besat clinics in Kerman in 20019-20. Patients' clinical information was collected using a questionnaire. Serum levels of vitamin D were assessed after identifying tic disorder. Serum levels less than 20 (ng/mL) were considered as deficiency and serum levels of 30 to 20 (ng/mL) were considered as insufficiency and serum levels of 30 t0 100 were normal. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (frequency, relative frequency and mean), analytical (chi-square test, logistic regression and independent t-test) and SPSS software version 20. Results: In both groups, the highest number of patients were girls. There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender (p=0.205). The mean age of patients in the case group was 10.37±0.31 and in the control group was 10.06±0.41 (p=0.971). The mean body mass index in the case group was 16.98±0.35 and in the control group was 16.84±0.56 (p=0.838). The mean serum level of vitamin D in the control group was higher than the case group. This difference was statistically significant (p=0.036). Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the mean serum level of vitamin D in children with tic disorders was significantly lower than healthy children. To investigate and confirm this relationship, more long-term studies with a larger number of patients are needed.
