Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, dan Kinerja Keuangan terhadap Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, and financial perfomance on corporate value in the property and real estate companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015-2018 period. The population in this study is all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015-2018 period. The method in this study uses purposive sampling. There are 29 Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015-2018 period. The data which is used in this study are secondary data and data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and hypothesis test analysis. The results of this study indicate that good corporate governance (GCG) on corporate value has no significant effect, corporate social responsibility (CSR) on corporate value has a significant positive effect, and financial perfomance (ROA) on firm value has a positive effect but not significant in the property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
