The following bachelor project thesis is a collaboration with the capital's emergency medical services, where a recent implementation of an AI-technology, which is built as a Machine Learning model, in the 1-1-2 call center, has been examined. The implementation has caused barriers for those employees, who use the technology in their daily workflow, while the management sees the technology as a strengthening support tool. This project's thesis statement is formulated out of curiosity and an incomprehensibility about why the employees has shown resistance, when the technical implementation was intended as a supporting tool. A study of the implementation has been carried out based on the post-phenomenological tradition, using qualitative methods. This project's theory, which illuminates on the relation between human and technology, and the collected empirical data, forms the foundation of the project's discussive analysis of the implementation. A conclusion collects and completes the project's study, by concluding the main points from the analysis, as well as a solution proposal, which is elaborated in a perspective on possible further development of this project
