Denne opgave har til formål at undersøge profilafklaringsværktøjet udarbejdet af Styrelsenfor Arbejdsmarked og Rekruttering. Interessen for projektet er baseret på aktuelle udviklingerinden for den danske offentlige sektors anvendelse af kunstig intelligens, samt en undrenomkring værktøjets paradoks-lignende fremstilling som samtidigt en teknologisk løsning,samt en årsag til sociale problemer. Opgaven søger derfor at forstå profilafklaringsværktøjetigennem de aktører, der har bidraget til værktøjets udformning – herunder særligtsagsbehandleren, hvilket tilstræbes gennem valget af aktør-netværksteori som envidenskabsteoretisk retning. Projektet analyserer således både, hvilke aktører der har påvirketværktøjet, samt det indbyrdes forhold mellem værktøjet og sagsbehandleren. Analysernetager udgangspunkt i en omfattende empiriindsamling, hvori både sagsbehandlere medførstehåndserfaring om værktøjet, fagfolk inden for jura og datalogi, dokumenter udarbejdetaf ministerier, jobcentre og styrelser, samt medieartikler indgår. På baggrund afprojektrapporten kan det konkluderes, hvordan at udformningen af profilafklaringsværktøjethar involveret en længere række af aktanter, og at rækken af aktanter, samt den påvirkning dehar haft på værktøjet, har ændret sig gennem tiderne.The purpose of this assignment is to examine the profiling tool, made by the Danish Agency for Labor Market and Recruitment. The motivation for this enquiry is based on current developments within the Danish public sector's use of artificial intelligence, as well as an observation about how the tool can be both a technological solution as well as a cause of social problems. The task therefore needs to be understood through the actors who have contributed to the design of the tool - including in particular the caseworker. This is sought through the choice of actor-network theory as one scientific theoretical direction. The project thus analyzes both with actors have influencedthe tool, as well as the interrelationship between the tool and the caseworker. The analyzesis based on an extensive collection of empirical data, in which both caseworkers participatefirst-hand experience of the tool, professionals in law and computer science, documents preparedof ministries, job centers and agencies, as well as media articles are included. Based onthe project report, it can be concluded how to the design of the profile clarification toolhas involved a longer series of actants, and that series of actants, as well as the influence theyhas had on the tool, has changed through the years
