AbstractAutomation is something more business in today’s market is starting to look into, as it allows their business to save resources and their employees to focus on time-consuming tasks. This project takes a dive into the world of automating tasks, in order to provide a possible solution for invoice approval automation, as such the research question developed for this paper is as follows.How to develop a dynamic and extendable RPA in order to automate an invoice process at organization XThe specific solution for this project is primarily coded with Python and PHP in order to come full circle and bring the process from A to Z, along with this the solution has been hosted on a Linux Ubuntu server running Python, Apache and MySQL allowing the solution to be accessed by any user in a web browser, without the need of any setup on their part. The solution described in this project was also built with extensibility in mind, making it possible to expand upon the functionalities of the program to suit the specific needs of an organization. While this is our way of solving the issue of “swivel chair” tasks, this is just one of many ways to do it
