Koulun päärakennuksen peruskorjauksen hankesuunnitelma

Abstract

Opinnäytetyö käsittelee Ilmajoella sijaitsevan maatalousoppilaitoksen päärakennuksen peruskorjauksen hankesuunnitelmaa. Rakennus on 1980-luvulla rakennettu ja siihen on tehty 2000-luvun alussa laajennus. Rakennukselle suunnitellaan tilojen muutoksia sekä korjauksia seuraavalle viidelletoista vuodelle. Opinnäytetyössä käydään läpi koulun historiaa, rakennuksen rakenteita sekä mahdollisia korjaustoimenpiteitä. Työhön sisältyy myös hankkeen kustannusarviointi sekä arvioitu aikataulu. Hankesuunnitelman tarkoituksena on koota yhteen lähtötiedot ja verrata eri toteutusmuotoja sekä toimia toteutussuunnitelmien pohjana. Hankesuunnitelmaan pohjautuen tehdään investointi päätös. Maatalousoppilaitoksen päärakennukseen tullaan tulevaisuudessa sijoittamaan lisää toimintaa ja käyttäjiä, joten tilojen tehokkaammalle käytölle on tarvetta. Rakennuksen rakenteiden korjaus on tärkeää hyvinvoinnin ja viihtyvyyden kannalta.This thesis deals with the project plan for the renovation of the main building of an agricultural school in Ilmajoki. The building was built in the 1980´s and has been expanded in the early 2000´s. Changes to the premises and renovations are planned to take place in the next 15 years. My thesis examines the history of the school, the structures of the building and the possible repairs. The work also includes the cost assessment of the project and an estimated timetable. The purpose of the project plan is to bring together and compare different types of implementations and work as a basis for implementation plans. An investment decision will be based on project plan. More activities and users will be placed in the building in the future, so, there is a need for more efficient use of the premises.
