Age-related changes in the face - at all times were not a desirable phenomenon in socially active and successful people. In modern society, success is primarily identified with an attractive appearance and a healthy lifestyle. Healthy lifestyle is actively promoted in mass media, this message has many followers all over the world. The most striking manifestations of age-related changes are concentrated in the lower third of the face and submental area, which is manifested in violation of the contours of the jaw line, as well as in the smoothing of the cervical - chin angle. In some genetic features, such as micrognathia, these changes lead to the visual perception of the face less young than it actually is, even without obvious manifestations in other areas of the face.
