在转基因欧文氏工程菌发酵液体系中,对絮凝和了筛选,并对其最佳作用条件进行了研究,结果表明,发酵液的PH、絮凝剂浓度和絮凝温度对絮凝效果的影响较大,在酸性条件下絮凝剂ZTC、J-101作用效果较好,而在碱性条件下ZTC、净水粉、明矾、硫酸铝钾、J=-101、聚合铝的作用效果较好,其中ZTC、J-101和净水粉最
