Abstract
从工业中抽提具有共性、带动性和全局性的重大关键科技问题予以突破,是实现国家发展目标的基础和前提。针对我国现行工业体系按“生产对象与产品”划分,不利于抽提共性科技需求的问题,本文提出了既可反映学科交叉和领域融合的科技发展趋势,又有利于发现、归纳重大关键科技问题的以“技术特征”为依据进行划分的新思路。据此,本文选择制造业,将其分为过程工业和装备工业后,深入分析了过程工业的发展现状和共性科技需求,针对过程工业现存的能耗高、资源浪费、污染重、产品质量差,产业化困难、大型装备和主要技术依赖引进等问题,提出了“过程工业的绿色化和信息化”的发展目标,探讨了相应的战略思路和优先发展的研究方向
