软模板法制备Fe3O4空心结构微球

Abstract
以FeCl3·6H2O和NH4Ac为反应物,乙二醇为溶剂热介质,制备了Fe3O4空心结构微球.通过X射线衍射、场发射扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜和振动样品磁强计对产物的结构、形貌及磁性能进行了表征,并研究了反应温度和反应时间对产物形貌的影响,得出了制备Fe3O4空心结构微球适宜的反应温度为200℃,反应时间为12h.此条件下得到的产物形貌均匀且表面光滑,平均粒径约为400nm,具有铁磁性,饱和磁化强度为73.51emu/g.反应过程中原位产生的氨气气泡是空心结构Fe3O4微球形成的软模板,该方法是制备空心结构微球的一种简单有效途径
