مرحله بند ي: بررس4-8جدول                             فارسی  چکیده              سرطان معده به عنوان یکی از شایعترین تایپ های سرطان دستگاه گوارش تحت  مقدمه و اهداف:مانند سلولهای ایمنی قرار می  microenviromentalتاثیر فاکتورهای ژنتیکی و به ویژه فاکتورهای گیرد. ماست سل ها یکی از این سلول می باشند که نقش مهمی در پیشرفت انواع مختلف تومورها ایفا این سلولها به وسیله تریپتاز که یکی از اصلی ترین ترشحات آنهاست شناسایی می شوند. در می کنند. این مطالعه به ارزیابی پروگنوز سرطان معده و ارتشاح ماست سل ها در تومور با واسطه بررسی بیان  تریپتاز می پردازیم.  50ال از بلوک های پارافینی بیان تریپتاز بوسیله بررسی ایمونوهیستوشیمی در نواحی تومور روش ها: بیمار مبتال به سرطان معده انجام گرفت. ارتباط بین شاخصهای کلینیوپاتولوژیک بیماران شامل سن، جنس، محل تومور، طبقه بندی تومور، عمق  ، و متاستاز غدد لنفاوی با بیان تریپتاز مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.TNMتهاجم تومور، مرحله بندی ایج بررسی ایمونو هیستوشیمی بر روی نمونه های تومورال بدین صورت بود: سطح باالی نت یافته ها:بیماران با تومور با تمایز  %5/43بیماران با تومور در ناحیه بادی معده،  %72زنان،  %64بین تریپتاز در موارد با  %5/53باالتر بیماری و در نهایت  stageبیماران با  %56موارد با نوع روده ای،  %53اندک،  متاستاز غدد لنفاوی دیده شد. سطح باالتر بیان تریپتاز در بیماران با مرحله باالتر تومور معده دیده شد. بنابراین  بحث و نتیجه گیری:توصیه می شود که تعیین میزان ماست سلها در تومور با واسطه بیان تریپتاز می تواند پیشگویی کننده  رفتار تومور باشد. تریپتاز، ماست سل، سرطان معد  لیدی:كلمات ك                  چکیده انگلیسی              Abstract Background: Gastric carcinoma as one common types of gastrointestinal cancers is influenced by genetic and especially microenviromental factors such as immune cells. Mast cells are one of them that play an important role in progression of different tumor types. They can be identified by tryptase, one of their main secretion. Here in we evaluate gastric cancer prognosis and mast cell infiltration by evaluation of tryptase expression. Method: Tryptase expression is investigated by immunohistochemistry on tumoral parts of paraffin blocks from 50 gastric cancer patients. Relation between clinicopathological characteristics of patients including age, gender, tumor location, classification, depth of tumor invasion, TNM stage, and lymph node metastasis with tryptase expression were evaluated. Results: Tryptase immunohistochemistry was done on tumoral specimens and analysis revealed: High tryptase expression in 64% of female patients, 72% of patients with tumor in gastric body, 43.5% of them with poorly differentiated tumors, 53% of intestinal type ones, 56% of patients with higher disease stage and finally 53.5% with lymph node metastasis. Discussion: High expression of tryptase is related to higher TNM stage of gastric cancer, so we suggest that defining mast cells population by tryptase expression may represent this tumor behavior.
