Stratégie de sélection des critères de priorisation des données lors d'analyses non-ciblées par LC-HRMS d'échantillons environnementaux : application pour l'élucidation structurale

Abstract

International audienceIdentifying organic contaminants present in aquatic environments is of major concern for water quality monitoring. During the last 15 years, application of non-target screening to identify new emerging contaminants and their transformation products in aquatic environment has increased to meet this challenge. The data prioritization and quality assessment is essential before performing non-target screening evaluation of water samples. Based on a metabolomics workflow strategy, the main objectives of our study were to evaluate the influence of data selection criteria to prioritize features for structural elucidation
