Some specific problems of dynamics recovery in cell biology

Abstract

International audienceIn this talk, I will highlight several biological studies for which we are faced with dynamics recovery at the cell scale. I will start with early plant embryogenesis and explain how we can extract dynamical information despite the fact that no time lapse data is available but observations of a collection of embryos at different stages of development. In the second part of the talk, I will address a new study we are involved in and concerns the dynamics of swimmers bacteria inside biofilms.
