Pazarlama faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesi sürecinde önemli bir unsur olan dağıtım fonksiyonuözellikle ürün dağıtım yönetiminin küresel çapta faaliyet gösterdiği işletmelerin rekabetüstünlüğü sağlayabilmesinde stratejik bir öneme sahiptir. Günümüzde işletmelerin her alanındayürütülen faaliyetlerin sürdürebilir olması önemli bir hadisedir. Son dönemde ticari ürünleringerek yurtiçi gerekse yurtdışı pazarlara ulaştırılması noktasında da çevre koruma faaliyetlerineönem verilmeye başlanmıştır. Zira sürdürebilirlik kavramı bazen işletmeler tarafından gönüllüolarak uygulanabilmekte iken bazen de tüketiciler ya da devlet tarafından bu tür faaliyetlerinyürütülmesi dayatılabilmektedir. Sürdürülebilirlilik, işletmelerin her alanında uygulanabildiği gibiürettiği ürünlerin dağıtımı sürecinde de uygulanması söz konusudur. Özellikle deniz aşırıülkelerle ihracat ithalat işlemleri yapan işletmelerin çoğunlukla tercih ettiği taşıma türü olandeniz yolu taşımacılığında güncel sürdürülebilir faaliyetler yürütüldüğü gözlemlenmektedir. Buçalışmanın amacı, İstanbul İli’nde yeşil liman sertifikası alan işletmelerde yeşil limanuygulamalarının performans faktörlerinin belirlenmesi ve önceliklendirilmesinin yapılmasıdır. Budoğrultuda Dematel yöntemi ile belirlenen performans kriterlerinin ağırlıklandırılması yapılmış vekonunun paydaşlarına yönelik 13 uzman görüşü alınmıştır. Dematel yöntemi sonuçlarına göre,yeşil liman uygulamaları performans kriterlerinin en önemlileri “Sürdürülebilir Çevre Yönetimi”,“Minumum Kirlilik“ , “İsrafın Minimize Edilmesi” olduğu saptanmıştır. Öte yandan en az önemesahip kiriterlerin sırasıyla “Sera Gazı Emisyonunun Azaltılması”, “Taşıma HareketlerindeKargaşanın Azaltılması”, ”Gürültü Azaltımı”, “Daha İyi Taşıma Yapılarının Oluşturulması”,“Tabiattaki Baskının Yönetilmesi”, “Dağıtım Verimliliğinin Artırılması”, “Kaza ve YaralanmalarınAzaltılması”, “Ekonomik Düzeyde Kara Nakil Yoğunluğunun Azaltılması” olduğu belirlenmiştir.The distribution function, which is an important element in the process of marketingactivities, has a strategic importance especially in ensuring the competitive advantage of theenterprises in which the product distribution management operates globally. Today, thecontinuity of activities carried out in all areas of businesses is an important event. Recently,importance has been given to environmental protection activities in order to bring commercialproducts to both domestic and international markets. Because the concept of sustainability cansometimes be applied voluntarily by the enterprises, sometimes it can be imposed by theconsumers or the state to carry out such activities. Sustainability can be applied in all areas ofthe businesses as well as in the process of distribution of the products. It is observed thatcurrent sustainable activities are carried out in maritime transport, which is the type oftransportation that preferred by the enterprises that export import operations especially withoverseas countries. The aim of this study is to determine the performance factors of green portapplications and to prioritize the determined factors in enterprises with green port certificate inIstanbul. In this respect, the dematel method weighed the performance criteria and 13 expertopinions were received for the stakeholders of the subject. According to the dematel results, itwas determined that the most important performance criteria of green port applications are“Sustainable Environmental Management” , “Minimum Pollution” and “Minimization of Waste”.On the other hand, the least important criteria are respectively; “Reduction of Greenhouse GasEmission” , “Reduction of Disorder in Transport Movements“, “Noise Reduction” “CreatingBetter Transport Structures”, Managing Pressure in Nature” , “Increasing Distribution Efficiency“Reducing accidents and Injuries” “Reducing Land Transport Concentration Density atEconomic Level”
