The concern and occupation for the concerning subjects to the activities game in the childhood, he/she has been having and he/she has his/her attention on the part of many professionals, for that, to present investigation it is centered in the theme “The development of the actividades traditional game in the children in Pre-school age”, tends in bill that, the education development needs to give continuity for his/her improvement. He/she is considered the game as the activities essential game that is going configuring in his/her child education and for so much his/her general development, give the need of his/her treatment. For that, the Methodology of study descriptive/ interpretive was used, what allowed, starting from different methods of the level theoretical, empiric and statistical mathematical, the accomplishment of a study of the main theoretical conceptions about the theme indexed and his/her behavior in correspondence of the sociocultural context in that she happens. In this order, it was applied during the diagnosis methods and investigation techniques (analysis-syntheses, interviews to the body directivo and the teachers of the Pre-school, inquiries to the family, the observation the children's activities game), the one that allowed obtain the information necessary respect to the state actual in that he/she is the investigation object, where it is ended that is important to work the subjects regarding activities traditional game in the infantile centers for the children's integral development.
Key words: activities traditional game, children, pre-school Education A preocupação e ocupação pelas questões concernentes às actividades lúdicas na infância, há tido e tem sua atenção por parte de muitos profissionais, por isso, a presente investigação centra-se no tema O desenvolvimento das actividades lúdicas tradicionais nas crianças em idade Pré-escolar, tendo em conta que, o desenvolvimento educacional precisa dar continuidade para o seu aperfeiçoamento. Considera-se o jogo como a actividade lúdica essencial que vai configurando na criança sua educação e por tanto o seu desenvolvimento geral, dai a necessidade de seu tratamento. Para isso, utilizou-se a Metodologia de estudo descritiva/interpretativa, o que permitiu, a partir de diferentes métodos do nível teórico, empíricos e matemáticos estatísticos, a realização de um estudo das principais concepções teóricas sobre a temática referenciada e seu comportamento em correspondência do contexto sociocultural em que ela ocorre. Nesta ordem, aplicou-se durante o diagnóstico métodos e técnicas de investigação (análise-sínteses, entrevistas ao corpo directivo e as professoras do Pré-escolar, inquéritos à família, a observação a actividades lúdicas das crianças), os que permitiram obter a informação necessária respeito ao estado actual em que se encontra o objecto de investigação, onde conclui-se que é importante trabalhar as questões referentes a actividade lúdica tradicional nos centros infantis para o desenvolvimento integral das crianças.
