The purpose of this study is to examine the dynamic and static balance effects of
swimming exercises and voiding bosu ball training in children aged 6-13 years. The
sample of the study is composed of subjects aged 6-13 years who are actively swimming in
Van swimming and who are training for 7 hours per week (4-5 units) appropriate to the
training plan. The subjects participating in the study were divided into 2 groups. In the first
group, 10 swimmer bosuball exercises and (4-5 units) swimming training, and in the
second group, 10 swimmer children (4-5 units) swimming training. The study lasted for at
least 7 hours a week for a total of 10 weeks. Body, body weight, BMI and balance
measurements were taken before and after the exercise period. SPSS 19 package program
was used to evaluate the obtained data. According to the findings of the research; the eye
open static balance score in the experimental group showed a development of 15,70%. A
16.66% improvement was observed in the eyes closed static balance score. An
improvement of 16.93% was observed in the right leg static balance score. An
improvement of 14.03% was observed in the left foot static balance score. There was a
significant difference in p <0.001 level between eyes open, eyes closed, right foot and left
foot group comparison. The dynamic balance was developed as 2.21% in the anterior
direction, 1.61% in the posteromedial direction and 2.60% in the posterolateral direction.
In the control group, although the development was observed, no statistical difference was
observed. As a result; BOSuball exercises are considered to be beneficial in terms of
balance performance when applied for 10 weeks, 3 times a week according to the principle
of continuity and increased loading, 60 minutes for each training session. Static and
dynamic balancing bosuball exercises have been developed to balance and improve
performance positively. It is also envisaged that new investigations that will demonstrate
the effect of baance performance of exhaust systems designed by different methods will
contribute to the related literature
