The extensive description explains that the site is several acres, comprising of a campus over 200 acres with the rest of the property being agricultural fields and wooded areas. It has two creeks flowing through it from the Sandusky River -- Willow Creek and Morrison Creek. It's also noted that the photos included in the document were presented in the order one would view them as they follow the winding road that circles around the property
