Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi Berdasarkan Framework Cobit 4.1 pada PDAM Surabaya

Abstract

PDAM Surabaya is a business unit belongs to the area that play a role crucial in meeting the needs of community water applied information technology to assist in the achievement of business objectives. In practice, the maturity level of IT management at PDAM Surabaya is no supervision to perform the procedure, so the risk of the occurrence of many irregularities and mismatches between operational processes that run with the policy that has been set. Solutions to these problems, the need for an IT governance so as to produce maximum output to the company, to help the decision making process, as well as help the troubleshooting process. As a basis for the preparation is COBIT 4.1 framework. Outcomes of IT governance is a document that includes: 1) alignment of IT objectives with business objectives defined by 8 Primary and Secondary 7 IT Process that supports the achievement of the Strategic Alignment on IT Governance Focus Areas. 2) The results of the processing of questionnaires to find value as-is at the level Defined Process, while the interviews found that the value of to-be at the level Manage and Measurable, with a gap of 0.89. 3) There are 22 steps that need to be considered in carrying out the process of information technology. 4) There are 22 on the application of IT governance framework based on COBIT 4.1 per IT Process management in order to carry out monitoring and measurements
