This monographic work talks about the verification of the effectiveness of the Judicial Center
for Conflict Resolution and Citizenship of 2nd degree of the Court of Justice in Paraíba. The
study is relevant because of the paradigm shift proposed by the new Judicial Policy for the
Adequate Treatment of Conflicts of Interest. With the aim of implementing the Multi-Door
Courthouse, it gives relevance to consensual methods of resolving disputes and increases the
access to justice. For this purpose, it was used the quali-quantitative method, through the data
collection and analysis, regarding the court hearing terms of the Center. It was verified a high
number of unrealized court hearings due to the absence of the parts, and it was concluded that
the country's judicial system is still in the process of transformation, being the culture of
litigation present in Brazilian society. Therefore, with the sum of efforts of the State and society,
the culture of pacification is being implemented in the search of the realization of the principle
of social pacification.O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso trata da verificação da efetividade do Centro
Judiciário de Solução de Conflitos e Cidadania de 2º grau do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado da
Paraíba. O estudo mostra-se relevante em razão da mudança de paradigmas proposta pela nova
Política Judiciária de Tratamento Adequado de Conflitos de Interesses. Com o intuito de
implementar o Fórum de Múltiplas Portas, ela dá relevância aos métodos consensuais de
resolução de controvérsias e amplia o acesso à justiça. Para isso, foi utilizado o método
qualiquantitativo, sendo coletados e analisados dados relativos aos termos de audiências do
Centro. Foi verificado um alto número de audiências não realizadas em razão da ausência das
partes, concluindo-se que o sistema judiciário do país ainda se encontra em processo de
transformação, sendo presente na sociedade brasileira a cultura de litigância. Portanto, com a
soma de esforços do Estado e da sociedade, a cultura de pacificação vai sendo implementada
em busca da efetivação do princípio da pacificação social
