Through a qualitative research and a bibliographical review, this work aims to gather and revise important points of Herman Dooyeweerd's work through his writings and his commentators, specially in reference to the religious root of every worldview. Matters such as the profound religiosity of the human ego, its relation to the modal aspects of reality and the scheme of sovereignty of the spheres in society are to be researched here. That said, from the exposition of Dooyeweerdian Cosmonomic Philosophy, this work ends with a broad hermeneutic proposal for the constitutional right to religious freedom, framing it in a broad scope, having in mind the epistemological equivalence between an ideological-based political discourse and a discourse based on religious creeds. This equivalence is demonstrated by philosopher Roy Clouser in a brilliant argument against reductionism. Henceforth, our objective is to guarantee the freedom of religious manifestation of the Brazilian parliamentary, especially in the public sphere, so that the national political discourse is enriched and becomes able to face moral obstacles. Therefore, it is intended to reject the thesis that the public space must be neutral in religious terms. Indeed, the only possible way to remove religion from politics, in Dooyeweerdian terms, is to remove human beings from politics, since, according to the Cosmonomic Philosophy, the human ego is deeply religious.Este trabalho, através de uma pesquisa qualitativa e técnica de revisão bibliográfica, objetiva angariar e revisar pontos sensíveis da obra de Herman Dooyeweerd através de seus escritos e seus comentadores, especialmente no que tange comprovação de que a raiz de toda cosmovisão é religiosa. Pontos como a profunda religiosidade do ego humano, sua relação com os aspectos modais da realidade e o esquema de soberania das esferas na sociedade. Isto posto, a partir da exposição da Filosofia Cosmonômica Dooyeweerdiana, este trabalho conclui com uma proposta hermenêutica ampla para o direito constitucional à liberdade religiosa, enquadrando-o em um escopo amplo, frente à equivalência epistemológica entre um discurso político baseado em ideologias e um discurso político baseado em credos religiosos. Esta equivalência é demonstrada pelo filósofo Roy Clouser, em um brilhante argumento contra o reducionismo. Nesta feita, objetiva-se garantir a liberdade de manifestação religiosa do parlamentar brasileiro, mormente na esfera pública, a fim de que o discurso político nacional seja enriquecido e torne-se apto a enfrentar impasses morais. Pretende-se, portanto, rejeitar as teses de que o espaço público deve ser neutro em termos religiosos. Com efeito, a única forma possível de remover a religião da política, em termos Dooyeweerdianos, é removendo seres humanos da política, posto que, segundo a Cosmonomia, o ego humano é profundamente religioso
