医療系専門学校生117名を対象に進学志望動機と職業的同一性の関係について検討を行った.重回帰分析の結果,進学志望動機の「他律的動機」「無目的・漠然」が高いほど,「対他的同一性」が低いことが示された.また,進学志望動機の「適性考慮」が高いほど,「対他的同一性」を除く,職業的同一性の全ての下位尺度得点が高いことが示された.さらに,進学志望動機の「自己の可能性追求」が高いほど,職業的同一性の「被信頼感」を除く,下位尺度得点が高いことが示された.医療系専門学校生のキャリア発達を促す上で,学生ごとの進学動機の特徴をふまえ,職業的同一性に対する教育を行っていく必要性が示唆された.The purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship between motivation to enter medical school and vocational identity of medical stuidents.Participants were 117 medical school students.As a result of multiple regression analysis,motivation to enter medical school such as"Aimlessness or Vague Idea of Career,"Heteronomous Motivation"lowered"Interpersonal Identity"."Consider Aptitude for Specific Profession"improves vocational identities with the exception of"Interpersonal identity".Also"Possibility Seeking"improves vocational identities,with the exception of"Social Identity".The results showed that it is important to consider the standard of motivation to enter medical school,in the study of medical student\u27s career development
