In the present work we focus the attention on the utterance introduced by the Spanish illative conjunction conque. First, we describe the evidential meaning integrating the notion of mediativity with the notion of intersubjectivity. Second, in order to explain the modal charge, we analise the utterance introduced by conque in relation to the category of mirativity. Third, we justify the appearance of this mirative meaning by introducing the hypothesis of a procedural poliphonic and focal instruction. Finally, we analize the discourse function in the interaction by integrating Anderson 1986's justification hypothesis with the pragmatic notions of propositional deixis, authority, right and ownership of the information and in relation to the pragmatic phenomena of attenuation and intensification.En el presente artículo se focaliza la atención en el tipo de enunciado evidencial introducido por la conjunción ilativa conque en español. En primer lugar, se describe el significado integrando las nociones de fuente y de acceso indirecto o mediado con la noción de intersubjetividad. En segundo lugar, para dar cuenta de la carga modal asociada a la enunciación, se plantea una hipótesis de significado mirativo y se justifica su aparición a partir de una particular instrucción polifónica y focal. Por último, analizamos la función del enunciado evidencial mirativo en la interacción oral integrando la noción de justificación de Anderson 1986 con las nociones de deixis proposicional, autoridad, derecho y propiedad de la información y en relación con los fenómenos pragmáticos de la atenuación y de la intensificación
