This study aimed to determine the distribution of subsurface resistivity values and identify subsurface structures in Bonto Raya village, Batang district, Jeneponto regency based on the value of resistivity. This study used Wenner-Schlumberger geoelectric configuration method. Data obtained was processed by using Res2Dinv program. The result of data processing showed that the resistivity values are rock layers in the form of alluvium, clay and limestone. Research sites are shallow and deep aquifers. Shallow aquifer allegedly was spreaded all over track with a depth of up to ±20 meters, whereas for the deeply aquifer, it was only found in one track that was on the track 3 at Balombong with over 30 m in depth.Keywords: resistivity, Wenner-Schlumberger configuration, aquiferPenelitian tentang sebaran air tanah bertujuan untuk menentukan nilai resistivitas bawah permukaan dan mengidentifikasi struktur bawah permukaan di Kelurahan Bonto Raya Kecamatan Batang Kabupaten Jeneponto berdasarkan nilai resistivitas. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa dari nilai resistivitas terdapat lapisan batuan berupa aluvium, lempung dan gamping. pada lokasi penelitian terdapat akuifer dangkal dan dalam. Akuifer yang dangkal diduga tersebar di semua lintasan dengan kedalaman sampai ±20 m, sedangkan untuk akuifer yang dalam, hanya terdapat pada satu lintasan yaitu di lintasan 3 di Dusun Balombong dengan kedalaman di atas 30 m
