94 páginas: ilustraciones color.Dentro de los cambios más importantes que tuvo el sistema tributario con la entrada en vigencia de la Ley 1607 de 2012, se encuentra la creación de un nuevo Impuesto denominado Impuesto Nacional al Consumo INC y con este se crean grandes expectativas en cuanto a la contribución que se espera que tenga dentro de los ingresos de la Nación.
Otro de los cambios que tiene esta reforma se refleja en el Impuesto a las Ventas IVA, en cuanto a cambio de tarifas, además, de que excluye de IVA algunas actividades económicas para gravarlas con INC.
Por tanto, este proyecto contiene una breve descripción del comportamiento tributario en cuanto a responsables, recaudo y las actividades económicas más representativas tanto en el IVA para los periodos fiscales 2012 y 2013, como para el INC durante el periodo fiscal 2013, con el fin de analizar y entrar a mirar los efectos que se dieron con la entrada en vigencia de la Reforma Tributaria del año 2012, en cuanto a estos dos tributos IVA e INC.Within the most important changes that the tributary system had with the enactment of the Law 1607 of 2012, is the creation of a new National Tax to the Consumption (INC for its meaning in Spanish), which triggered big expectations in terms of income contribution expected by the country.
Another change that this reform has it is reflected in the Tax to the Sales (IVA for its meaning in Spanish) in terms of rate changes, since it excludes IVA to some economic activities to tax them with INC.
