El presente artículo analiza las distintas perspectivas teóricas desde las cuales se observó la relación entre movimientos sociales y Estado en la Argentina reciente. Se identifican dos grandes perspectivas que oscilaron entre encuadrar a los movimientos sociales como capaces de preservarse frente a las determinaciones estatales, o como subsumidos a dichas determinaciones, las cuales se consideraban lejanas a las perspectivas emancipatorias. Una de las conclusiones del trabajo indica que en el debate académico entre las perspectivas mencionadas, algunos conceptos fueron utilizados como sinónimos y ciertas experiencias fueron homologadas bajo categorías que necesitan precisarse. Para ello, el artículo aporta a identificar puntos en común pocas veces advertidos entre ambas perspectivas, y propone una redefinición de algunos términos clave en la relación entre movimientos y Estado tales como: burocratización, desmovilización y cooptación.This article analyzes the different theoretical perspectives from which the relationship between social movements and the State was observed in Argentina recently. To this, two large perspectives are identified, ranging from framing social movements as able to preserve themselves against state determinations, or as subsumed to those bureaucratic -and no emancipatorydeterminations.
One of the conclusions of the work indicates that in the academic debate between the perspectives mentioned, some concepts were used as synonyms and some experiences were homologated under categories that need to be specified.
