The following research had the main purpose to explain the variables that allow the
creation and implementation of a successful business. This company is focused in the
production and distribution of ice cream and its infrastructural design is based on a modern
and different concept from the common ice cream. The main product to be featured on this
service is a traditional Ecuadorian and exotic ice cream flavors. Additionally, light ice
cream will be offered and also a special kind of ice cream for people suffering from
diabetes. Briefly, we analyzed the key factors that are necessary for the success of our
business. Furthermore we describe and analyze what are the internal and external factors
that affect business productivity and factors that provide great opportunities for the same.
This research develops a business plan which is described in the product and its market
positioning and a human resource plan which details the features that the staff should have.
Finally financial projections for the next five years were performed determine the data
needed to implement the business.La investigación tuvo como propósito explicar las variables que permiten la creación e
implementación de un negocio exitoso. Esta empresa está enfocada en la elaboración y
distribución de helados y su infraestructura está basada en diseño con un concepto
moderno y distinto al de las heladerías comunes. El principal producto que se ofrecerá en
este servicio son helados de sabores tradicionales ecuatorianos y sabores exóticos, además
se ofrecerán helados para las personas que les guste lo “light” y personas que padezcan de
diabetes. Brevemente, se ha analizado los factores clave que son necesarios para el éxito de
nuestro negocio. Por otro lado se describe y analiza cuales son los factores internos y
externos que afectarían la productividad del negocio y los factores que brindan grandes
oportunidades para el mismo. En esta investigación se formula un plan comercial en el cual
se describe el producto y su posicionamiento en el mercado y un plan de recursos
humanos el cual explica las características con las que debe contar el personal. Finalmente
se ha realizado proyecciones financieras para cinco años con las cuales determinamos los
datos que se necesita para la implementación del negocio
