Abstract: Innovation index for monitoring national innovation systems of Russia and the EU. Abstract This article focuses on the innovative aspects of monitoring national innovation system. It is based on previous work the authors “Methodic for monitoring the national innovation system of the Russian Federation and international comparisons of innovation ", but more profoundly affect the investment unit of the system for monitoring the national innovation system.
