El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo mejorar la Gestión Integral de las medianas y grandes Empresas Molineras de arroz cáscara de la Provincia de Lambayeque, en base a la oportuna toma de decisiones de los procesos productivos y de la reinversión conveniente en tecnología productiva.
Para mejorar la toma de decisiones de los gerentes y dueños del negocio, se construyó un modelo heurístico dinámico con lógica difusa con el propósito de simular los procesos de producción en diferentes escenarios y proyectados en el tiempo, con el cual se logró tomar las decisiones pertinentes dado que se pudo determinar el tiempo de recuperación de la inversión. La construcción de la herramienta dinámica se realizó en base a los indicadores de la variable dependiente Gestión Integral, con el que se realizó la recopilación de información promedio de las 20 medianas y grandes Empresas Molineras de arroz cáscara y en el que sin intervenir ni modificar la situación actual posibilitó la visualización de situaciones futuras con total seguridad. El trabajo de investigación permitió demostrar
que la variable difusa como la calidad de arroz pilado, se puede modelar dinámicamente e interactuar con variables cuantitativas en un modelo dinámico heurístico que permite mejorar la Gestión Integral.ABSTRACT: This research work aims improve the integral management of paddy rice from Lambayeque
