Este artículo presenta los resultados de un estudio breve pero no por ello poco profundo acerca de las variables perfil académico e idoneidad para la gobernanza de los candidatos presidenciales en la contienda electoral 2016 en nuestro país. Se realiza un análisis de las hojas de vida de los candidatos respecto a la primera variable y segunda variable diseñándose instrumentos ad hoc de acuerdo a los criterios propuestos por el autor para evaluarlas. La muestra está constituida por los 19 candidatos reconocidos por el Jurado Nacional de Elecciones del Perú. Se concluye la necesidad que el ciudadano evalúe a los candidatos teniendo en cuenta estos criterios para decidir adecuadamente a quien conducirá política y económicamente al país en los próximos años.Abstract : This article presents the results of a brief study but not shallow about variables academic profile and suitability for the governance of the presidential candidates in the 2016 election campaign in our country. and an ad hoc instrument according to the criteria proposed by the author to assess the second variable is designed.
