Abstract
El objetivo de la presente investigación fue evaluar el efecto de la aplicación del Programa sobre Educación Ambiental para promover el Cuidado y Conservación del Medio Ambiente. La investigación fue de tipo Cuantitativa y diseño pre-experimental. Para el diagnóstico, la población estuvo conformada por 116 estudiantes del 5° año de educación secundaria, entre 16 y 17 años de edad, de los cuales se seleccionaron 40 para la muestra de estudio. Después de obtener los datos en el pre-test, se procedió a diseñar el programa educativo, el mismo que estuvo enfocado en lograr un cambio de actitud de los estudiantes respecto al Cuidado y Conservación del Medio Ambiente. En la ejecución del programa, se desarrollaron actividades como charlas, pasacalle con pancartas y visita guiada a una Reserva Natural de la zona. Al finalizar el programa se aplicó un pos-test para ver el efecto del Programa Educativo Ambiental en los estudiantes. Los resultados de la investigación están en base al estudio diagnóstico, diseño, aplicación y evaluación del Programa Educativo. En conclusión en el diagnóstico se identificaron actitudes inadecuadas referentes al Cuidado y Conservación del Medio Ambiente, frente a ello se diseñó un programa acorde a los objetivos, el mismo que se aplicó con procedimientos rigurosos, obteniéndose una evaluación satisfactoria, reflejando un 95% de efecto positivo en los estudiantes, quienes asumieron actitudes adecuadas para el Cuidado y Conservación del Medio Ambiente.Abstract: The objective of this research was to evaluate the effect of the implementation of the program on environmental education to promote the care and preservation of the environment. The investigation was pre-experimental design and quantitative type. For diagnosis, the population was composed of 116 students of the 5th grade of secondary education, between 16 and 17 years of age, whom 40 for the study sample were selected. After obtaining the data in the pre-test, was to design the educational program, which focused on a change of attitude of the students regarding the care and conservation of the environment. In the implementation of the program, developed activities such as lectures, street parade with banners and guided tour to a nature reserve in the area. At the end of the implementation of the program applied a pos-test to see the effect of the environmental education program students. The results of the investigation are based on the diagnostic study, design, implementation and evaluation of the educational program. In conclusion in the diagnosis identified inadequate attitudes relating to the care and conservation of the environment, in response a program was design according to the goals, the same applied with rigorous procedures obtaining a satisfactory assessment, reflecting a 95% positive effect in the students, who took best attitudes for the care and conservation of the environment
