Resolving the conflict through the process of conciliation at the conciliation center “Luis Fernando Vélez Vélez” of the University of Antioquia: in the focus of resolution or in the light of the transformation

Abstract

RESUMEN: Con lo esbozado en estas líneas, se intenta mostrar la forma en que se asume y desarrolla el proceso de conciliación en el Centro de Conciliación “Luis Fernando Vélez Vélez” de la Universidad de Antioquia, en el marco de lo hallado y analizado en la investigación de que se trata en el presente escrito y en el entendimiento de dicho proceso desde la perspectiva o el punto de vista de los conciliadores, sus conocimientos o preparación y del enfoque en el tratamiento del conflicto que éste como tercero utiliza para su puesta en práctica.ABSTRACT: As outlined in these lines, the author attempts to show how it is assumed and gets develop the process of conciliation at the Conciliation Center “Luis Fernando Vélez Vélez” of the University of Antioquia, from what was found and analyzed in the research involved in this article and so from the understanding of this process from the perspective and personal knowledge of conciliators, and from their type of approach in treating conflicts, as a third party, when they implement such knowledge in real life
