ABSTRACT: This paper has been placed in a purpose for the decolonization of practices, manifestations and social meetings, which have been hidden by dominant speech. A speech that grants privileges to certain categories, and ways to name what people and community think and do in their everyday life. It deals with vindicating of another logical ways of thought and experience which give sense to the life some human being groups. According to Silvia Rivera Cusicanqui, author and Bolivian activist, they seek the recovery of categories which are determinant and own to indigenous communities to describe and tell their lives. It is, if preferred, and awakening, but not of Modernity, but of the recovery of the Voice, the word from communities which have been silenced and subordinated for a long time.RESUMEN: Este escrito se ubica en una intención por la descolonización de prácticas y manifestaciones otras de ocio y de encuentro social que han sido ocultadas, invisibilizadas por el discurso dominante; un discurso que privilegia determinadas categoríasy formas de nombrar lo que las personas y los colectivos piensan y hacen en su cotidianidad. Se trata de reivindicar lógicas otras de pensamiento y de vivencia que atribuyen sentido a la vida de determinados agrupamientos humanos. En la comprensión de la autora y activista boliviana Silvia Rivera Cusicanqui, se procura una recuperación de categorías propias y determinantes de las comunidades indígenas para describir y narrar sus vidas. Es, si se prefiere, un despertar, pero no ya de la Modernidad, sino de recuperación de la voz, de la palabra por parte de comunidades que por mucho tiempo han sido silenciadas, subalternizadas
