The first part of this article deals with the characteristics of scientific discovery from an anthropological point of view, in other words taking into account the fact that the world is full of a variety of alternative axiological orders (more than some humanitarians universalists would like). The second part discusses the “tendencies” of scholars (spokesmen and champions of “world demistification”) to shape (on a global scale) human thinking and action that conforms to the rules of scientific outlook and the picture of reality. One can say that the article is devoted to the permanent “tendency” of scholars to view the world as a state of affairs which cannot be coherent because an Instauratio Magna is indispensable. That means that scholars willingly appear in the role of world explorers and designers of a utopia for the entire world.Część pierwsza artykułu poświęcona jest zagadnieniu osobliwości poznania naukowego w aspekcie perspektywy antropologicznej, czyli z uwzględnieniem tego, że świat międzyludzki wypełniony jest wielością rozmaitych (częściej niżby życzyli sobie humaniści-uniwersaliści), wzajem alternatywnych ładów aksjologicznych. W części drugiej mowa jest o „skłonnościach” uczonych (rzeczników i szermierzy „odczarowywania świata”) do ukształtowania (w skali globalnej) myślenia i działania ludzi w sposób odpowiadający regułom naukowego oglądu i obrazowania rzeczywistości
