The author of this article, the founder and Chancellor of two Polish non-public universities, attempts to analyze the current situation on the education market in the country, focusing primarily on the issues which concerns non-public universities, the source of which is largely the lack of a policy of equal treatment of public and non-public schools. Such discussion concerns not only the issue of the allocation of European funds, but also of grants from the State budget or legał regulations. The author, additionally to an analysis of the present situation, also suggests proposals for Solutions to existing problems.Autor artykułu, założyciel i kanclerz dwóch polskich uczelni niepublicznych, podejmuje próbę analizy obecnej sytuacji na rynku edukacyjnym w kraju, skupiając się przede wszystkim na problemach, z którymi mierzyć się muszą uczelnie niepubliczne, a źródłem których w znacznej mierze jest brak polityki równego traktowania szkół publicznych i niepublicznych. Poruszona zostaje nie tylko kwestia rozdziału funduszy europejskich, ale także dotacji z budżetu państwa czy regulacji prawnych.
