Abstract
This article analyzes the main historiographical debates about communism and how they have contributed to the opening of new lines of research. Through a strong imprint of specifically multidisciplinary approaches between the humanities and the social sciences have been renewed analytical categories on the subject, nurturing other epistemic frameworks linked to the study of social and political organizations of different signs and objectives.El presente artículo analiza algunos de los principales debates que la historiografía sobre el comunismo ha desarrollado en los últimos años y la manera como éstos han contribuido en la apertura de nuevas líneas de investigación. Por medio de una fuerte impronta de los enfoques multidisciplinarios, -específicamente entre las humanidades y las ciencias sociales- se han renovado las categorías analíticas sobre la materia, nutriendo otros marcos epistémicos vinculado al estudio de las organizaciones sociales y políticas de distintos signos y objetivos
