By the experiments, if we set the resonance circuit with a circuit or 3 phase induction moter, we have found that the direction or the rotated moter is exchanged continuously, by the change of resistance or its circuit.三相誘導電動機を単相電源で運転する方法は良く知られている。筆者等は単相電源を用い，回路の抵抗，電気容量，インダクタンス等の要素の中抵抗を連続的に変化せしめ，電動機の回転を順回転から逆回転へ連続的に変える事を試みた。回路要素を連続的に変えるに都合が良いのは抵抗で，この抵抗値を連続的に変化させ，鉄共振現象を用いて電動機の順逆運転が行なえる事が分ったので，その実験結果を報告する
