Polarization Reversal of Tri-glicine Sulfate

Abstract

The hysteresis loop of tri-glicine sulfate was measured from room temperature up to Curie Point T_c. The loop was well explained by the simple two dimensional model, using the result of J. Janta\u27s calculation. For the high field amplitude E_o, the coersive field E_c was shown by the relation E_c ∝ E_o^γ, and γ was not depend on the temperature T. The activation field of domain wall motion was proportional to (T_c-T).硫酸グリシンの履歴曲線を室温からキュリー点T_cまで測定した。履歴曲線はJ.Jantaの計算結果を使うと,単純な2次元モデルでよく説明される。大きな振巾E_oに対しては,抗電場E_cは,E_c∝E_0^7の関係であらわされ,そしてγは温度Tによらない。分域壁移動の活性化電場は(Tc-T)に比例する
