A psychological motif for the popularity of a myth about Endymion and the Ukrainian translations of the literary endymionade
Рopularity of mythological plot about Endymion is investigated. The author
researches different versions of the myth to discover their dominate motifs: “BEAUTY - LOVE
– IMMORTALITY”, which explain psychological peculiarities for the popularity of myth
about Endymion and reflect the universal values, ideals that determine the spiritual experience
of mankind in all socio-historical formations. An active creative reconsideration
of a mythological material in the context of the world art is considered as basic tendencies
of functioning of endymionade that means the interpretations of the ancient Greek myth about
Endymion, distinguished by various forms of rethinking of the ancient material and reproduce
the contemporary author's reality through the artistic prism based on sensual psychic perception
of such universal values as beauty, love and immortality.
The Ukrainian translations of the literature interpretations about Endymion are of particular
interest. This article is believed to be the first step to investigate psychological peculiarities for
the popularity of the functioning of the ancient myth about Endymion and opens the prospects
for further consideration of literary endymionade like оrphism, faustiаnism, robinsonism,
quixotism etc

At present the basic intellectual aim of academic inquiry is to improve knowledge. Much of the structure, the whole character, of academic inquiry, in universities all over the world, is shaped by the adoption of this as the basic intellectual aim. But, judged from the standpoint of making a contribution to human welfare, academic inquiry of this type is damagingly irrational. Three of four of the most elementary rules of rational problem-solving are violated. A revolution in the aims and methods of academic inquiry is needed so that the basic aim becomes to promote wisdom, conceived of as the capacity to realize what is of value, for oneself and others, thus including knowledge and technological know-how, but much else besides. This urgently needed revolution would affect every branch and aspect of the academic enterprise

Modern Concepts of Financial and Non-Financial Motivation of Service Industries Staff
In modern conditions the questions of personnel management, including motivation, acquire new meaning. Particularly given the problems relevant to the service sector, where at the beginning of the XXI century employing more than 60% of the workforce in developed countries. These circumstances determine the need for a modern concept of material and immaterial motivation of service industries. Such factors determine the need for the development modern concept of material and immaterial motivation of service industries staff. To obtain indicated objective during research analyzed the existing concepts and paradigm of staff motivation with highlighting their advantages and disadvantages. The results obtained allowed to establish that scientific and expert community does not have the unified approach to the classification and identification of the most effective ones. Special attention is given to modern developments and approaches to the motivation problem. This fact caused the structure of follow studies, including three interlinked vectors: analysis of the essential content of the fundamental concepts in the field of staff motivation; defining features of employee motivation at the enterprises sphere of services; introduction to the key successful international practices which apply by service companies. In general, the results obtained enabled the author’s model of the modern concept of material and non-material motivation at the enterprises the service sector and the corresponding mechanism for the implementation
