Hukum Islam Sebagai the Living Law Dalam Meminimalisasi Dampak Negatif Pariwisata Di Pulau Lombok Bagian Utara
There is not only positive effect that is emerged from the development of tourism, there is also negative impact, whether it is physical or non-physical. One of the non-physical negative impact is the shift of cultural and spiritual values of the local people. North Lombak has been one of the top destination of tourism of Nusa Tenggara Barat, having known as the a thousand mosque island, is unable to avoid the consequences of the development of tourism. Normative-empirical research (applied law research) with Normative juridical approach (Perundang-undangan) and sociological juridical (empirical) found that there has been a shift in the social culture values and as well as the religious values at the three Gili islands (Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno, and Gili Air), however the shifting of values on each island are different. Other finding shoes the negative impact of the development of tourism can be minimalized by continuing the teaching of religion to the local people as well as keeping the culture and urf (fenomena in Gili Air). Therefore it is suggested to form an institution that has a responsibility to intensively socialize the religion and perform a watch to the implementation of Perda Number 7 Year 2013. A law of the implementation of Perda is also needed in order to make sure that Islamic Syariah is carried on by Kaffah for the local people on the tourism destination areas an accompanied legally and formally. This is a necessity, remembering that Islamic Law is the Living Law among the local people of North Lombok, so that Halal Tourism or Syariah Tourism can be developed
Al-Asy'Ariyah (Sejarah Timbul, Abu Hasan al-Asy’ari dan Pokok-Pokok Ajarannya)
In the history of Islamic thought development, it is generally known that there are two contradictory features of kalam's thought. The thought of the Mu'tazilite kalam has rational or logical thinking, whereas al-Ash'ariyyah has a traditional-style thought, kalam thought that does not give freedom of will and do to man, a small force for reason, the power of God's will that applies eternally -the absolute, and tied to the literal meaning in providing interpretation of the verses of the Qur'an. The thought of this kalam will give birth to traditional understandings of Islamic teachings and will foster sublime attitude fatalistic life in man. This understanding is found in the Ash'arite and Maturidiyyh Bukhara schools. Abu al-Hasan al-Ash'ari as the founder and founder of al-Ash'ari school, was originally a loyal follower of the Mutazilite doctrine, because of several things that contradicted his conscience, his thoughts and the social conditions of society (he felt the need to abandon that doctrine ) and even led to a new theology as a reaction against the teaching of the Mu'tazilites. In understanding the text, the Mu'tazilites used reason and then provided an interpretation of the text or the revelation according to reason. The Ash'ariah, on the contrary, first to the text of revelation and then bring the rational arguments to the text of the revelation. The Mu'tazilites used a lot of ta'wil or interpretation in understanding the texts of revelation, while the Ash'ariahs held much to the meaning of lafzi or texted from the text of revelation. In other words, the Mu'tazilites read the implicit in the text, the Ash'ariites read the explicit. At the end of the 3rd century, H appeared two prominent figures, Abu al-Hasan al-Ash'ari in Bashrah and Abu Mansur al-Maturidi in Samarkand. They were united in their denial of the Mu'tazilites. Ash'ariah is a Traditional theological school composed by Abu Hasan al-Ash'ari (935) in reaction to the Mu'tazila theology. In the classification of Islamic theology, Asy'ariah and Maturidiah are both called Sunnah Wal-Jamaah experts. Maturidiah flow is widely embraced by the Muslims who mazhab Hanafi Asy'ariah school is generally embraced by Muslims who mazhab Sunn

The education of the Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah faith, especially in our country, has become a very important ideology. This is because the Ahlussunnah faith is followed by almost half of the Muslim population in Indonesia. The Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah ideology that we follow is pioneered by two major parties, Imam Abu Hasan Al-Asy'ari and Imam Abu Mansur Al Maturidi. Nowadays, there are still many who do not know about the ideologies or sects that they follow, but instead, there are many who provoke or divide the unity of the Muslim community in Indonesia. This research is based on literature and data analysis using hermeneutic and content analysis methods. The results of this study are that the Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah creed can answer problems in the diversity of Islam, and Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah is the most appropriate ideology for faith education that is in accordance with nationalism

English Non-generic Negation: A Problematic Area for Arabic Translators
The present paper aims to show that the appropriate textualization into Arabic of English non-generic negation by the Adverbials (namely too and hardly/barely/scarcely) can be a problematic area for Arabic translators. The textual data is extracted from several published translations in an attempt to show what procedures translators follow when encountering such negation and how successful they are. While the findings provide solid evidence for the serious mishaps (about 34.2% of the renderings involve one kind of problem or another) that Arabic translators experience in this area, the critical discussion unravels several textual procedures that can capture the subtleties inherent in this kind of adverbial negation.
