Information service system has grown significantly with the increasing needs of customers for information. Of these needs we are required to always move forward and follow the development of information technology. However, the information service system ROOSTER there are some shortcomings that must be corrected to be the subject of research. Among the problems that there is a level of satisfaction of service performance Rooster. ROOSTER ("Role Online Ticketing System Raharja") is an information service by using the "online ticket" that the system is provided as a further container to accommodate question obtained operators iDuHelp!. This research data derived from questionnaires online (iSur) to the 20 respondents who had made at Rooster ticket. From the questionnaire online (iSur) concluded that the service Rooster effect on customer satisfaction. While customer satisfaction and trust are factors that affect the customer\u27s intention to re-use the Rooster. The findings of this study indicate that overall customer satisfaction has a strong influence to re-use the Rooster

Suboptimal Choice Behaviour across Different Reinforcement Probabilities
Six adult roosters’ choice behaviour was investigated across a series of five experimental conditions and a series of replication of the same five experimental conditions. Stagner and Zentall (2010) found that pigeons prefer to choose an alternative with highly reliable discriminative stimuli but with less food reward over an alternative with non-discriminative stimuli but with more food reward. The current research systematically changed the probability of reinforcement associated with the discriminative stimulus through a series of experimental conditions. Experimental sessions were completed with six adult roosters. The experimental procedure was based on Stagner and Zentall’s (2010) experiment in which the suboptimal alternative with discriminative stimuli was associated with 100% reinforcement on 20% of the trials, and non-reinforcement on 80% of the trials; the optimal alternative with non-discriminative stimuli was associated with both 50% reinforcement on all trials. This research modified the probabilities of reinforcement associated with the discriminative alternative. In the first experimental condition, the probability of getting access to reinforcement was the same (50%) for each discriminative stimulus, thus, what was seen for the first time was that both alternatives were associated with non-discriminative stimuli. To insure reliability, a replication of the conditions was done after the first five experimental conditions were completed. The results showed that four of the roosters had suboptimal choice behaviour in the first five experimental conditions; however, only two of them maintained such suboptimal behaviour in the replication conditions. This result does not support the idea that the suboptimal choice behaviour with strong discriminative stimuli is a robust effect

Changing Notes in the Voices beyond the Rooster Coop: A Neo-Capitalist Coup in Aravind Adiga’s The White Tiger
Aravind Adiga’s novel The White Tiger encapsulates the complexities of identity formation in a milieu effected by neo-capitalism. The novel, for many, is about a new identity made available to the hitherto marginalized in the form of opportunities unveiled by market forces. It is also perceived as a registration of the frustration and anger of the deprived that has become conscious of the new possibilities. Understandably, interpreting the novel on these lines leads to the identification of the protagonist Balram as a champion of the marginalized, settling scores with the oppressive system. However, there are far subtler notes in the protagonist’s attitude to these sweeping changes than the simple and one dimensional approach of an achiever who is able to break the “rooster coop” and revel at the reversal of fortune. Neither is it a representative voice of the suppressed class turning the table on its oppressor by using the opportunities offered by the global market. The “notes” of the voices that emerge as Balram, the boy from darkness, moves up the ladder to become Ashok Sharma, the entrepreneur hiding in light, not only lack symphony but also create a distinct dissonance. Clearly, the discord in the changing notes is brought about by the forces that changed the world he lives in-a neo-capitalist world. Acrylamide formation in potato products
End of Project ReportAcrylamide, a substance classified as a potential carcinogen, occurs in heated
starchy foods at concentrations many times in excess of levels permitted in
drinking water. Early surveys indicated that levels of acrylamide in potato
products such as French fries and potato crisps were the highest of the
foodstuffs investigated. The present project addressed this issue by
determining levels of acrylamide precursors (asparagine and reducing sugars)
in raw potatoes and levels of acrylamide in (i) potato products from different
storage regimes, (ii) spot-sampled potatoes purchased from a local
supermarket, (iii) samples that received pre-treatments and were fried at
different temperatures and (iv) French fries reheated in different ovens.A risk
assessment of the estimated acrylamide intake from potato products for
various cohorts of the Irish population was also conducted
