До традиційних параметрів скорінгу додаються новітні цифрові технології. Серед новітніх параметрів скорингу слід виділити тип пристрою (марка мобільного телефону, ноутбуку, комп’ютера, планшета), геолокація (місце знаходження в момент подачі заявки на кредит), ІР-адреса (унікальний числовий номер, який використовується для адресації комп’ютерів чи пристроїв у мережах), поведінка позичальника (аналіз голосу, типи транзакцій по картках).Consumer lending in the modern conditions of digital technology development is reaching a new level in the methodology for verifying the solvency of a future borrower.The latest digital technologies are added to the traditional scoring parameters.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji apakah model dari persepsi manfaat dan kualitas layanan elektronik memberikan kontribusi terhadap keputusan penggunaan aplikasi mobile banking Neobank. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah konsumen yang Masyarakat Surabaya yang menggunakan aplikasi mobile banking Neobank dengan jumlah sampel 98 responden. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan metode accidental sampling dan menggunakan partial least square sebagai alat analisis data. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat bahwa persepsi manfaat dan kualitas layanan elektronik memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap keputusan penggunaan aplikasi mobile banking Neobank yang dimana semakin banyak yang menjadi pengguna aplikasi Neobank dan semakin baik kualitas layanan elektronik yang disediakan maka masyarakat akan lebih banyak yang menggunakan aplikasi mobile banking Neobank

    The development of banking digitalization continues and has a significant impact on the market, plus the pandemic situation that has changed people's consumption and daily lifestyles. In addition, the use of smartphones as a daily necessity has changed the perspective of seeing the banking industry, which is a provider of financial services that collect public funds. The factors of service quality and Trust are also determinants of customer loyalty. This study aimed to determine the effect of E-Servqual and Satisfactions on Trust and their impact on Loyalty. This research is causal, and the research instrument is a questionnaire with a purposive sampling technique with 165 respondents. This research method uses path analysis with SPSS tools. The results showed a positive relationship between E-Servqual on the formation of Trust, the effect of Satisfaction on the formation of Trust, the influence of Satisfaction on the formation of Loyalty, the influence of Trust on the formation of Loyalty. Another finding is that E-Servqual does not affect the formation of Loyalty. Therefore, the Trust acts as a mediator or intermediary that can form a Loyalty if it already exists. If there is no Trust, then there will be no Loyalty, even though the quality of service is good and Satisfaction already exists in the users, but without Trust, Loyalty will not be created

    Based on the accumulated reviews, it is known that the symptoms of disrupted user experience are supported by several reviews which show dissatisfaction in operating the Neobank application, which may have an effect on decreasing user satisfaction. This problem is something that must be monitored by PT. Neo Commerce Bank so that the Neobank application remains sustainable. This research has a mission to find out what will be emphasized for the development of the Neobank application based on the HEART Metrics measurement tool with the Importance Performance Analysis method implemented. Determining the number of respondents in this study implemented the formula created by Slovin and obtained a population of 99 respondents who are residents of the island of Java who use the Neobank application. Until the results of the importance and performance elaboration, there are several statement items that need to be evaluated, but there are items that need to be evaluated and prioritized immediately based on the results of the calculation of the suitability level and Cartesian diagram, namely the user experience that it is not uncommon to experience errors when operating a Neobank with a level conformity 91.91%. The items in the aforementioned statement have the potential to divert the user experience in using the Neobank application

The study analyzes the impact of fintech innovations on the effectiveness of the functioning of the banking business and outlines the prospects for their further implementation in Ukraine, taking into account the EU experience. Investigated problem. In the conditions of the spread of digitalization processes as a key factor of competitive advantages, the question of researching the introduction of fintech innovations into the banking sector of Ukraine, determining their impact on the effectiveness of the functioning of the banking business, and delineating further prospects for the digitalization of banking institutions' activities becomes relevant. The main scientific results. The results of the study proved the existence of potential opportunities for expanding the innovative activity of the banking system of Ukraine. In recent years, there has been an intensification of the processes of digitalization of banking services. On the basis of a comparative analysis of the neobanks of Ukraine, their main advantages are outlined and prospective areas of activity expansion are substantiated. At the same time, problematic aspects in the implementation of digital technologies in the banking sector of Ukraine are identified, in particular, imperfect legislation in the field of digital technologies in neobanking and licensing of their activities, low level of financial literacy of the population, expensive initial investments.
