In doing this the paper reviews the skills needs of industry against the capacity of the institutions of higher education’s capacity to meet these needs. It is in this context that the appropriateness of the curriculum and its implementation in respect of the TVET goals is scrutinized (Ministry of Education, 2008). Furthermore, government policies and strategies in the identification and selection of appropriate candidates for the TVET program and the incorporation of stakeholders are examined. In this assessment issues of collaboration by stakeholders in the provision of training resources and facilities are assessed, especially financing and human resource requirements in respect of staffing levels and requisite technical skills and supportive equipment and other resources. Policies and organizational structures in the identification, mobilization and distribution of such resources are also examined. To this end any opportunities that may exist for the retention and further training of the TVET graduates already employed by the industry are also reviewed. An important aspect of this evaluation is to identify and understand the kind of relationships and partnerships that exist between the TVET colleges, and government. Similarly an assessment is done concerning curriculum implementation, practice and delivery.technical vocational education, curriculum, implementation, partnership

Legitimizing the Educational Experience in the context of the Didactic Methodology
The didactic methodology reminds of the idea of an efficient functioning of the education process. In this way, the systemic perspective of the didactic methodology illustrates the way in which the educational experience transposed at the level of the teaching-learning-evaluating activity. Thus, the didactic courses of action initiated in the context of the educational reality emphasize an image that legitimizes the experience of learning itself in general. Therefore, from a pragmatic perspective, the didactic methodology represents a transposition of the educational strategies in relevant learning situations and adequate (self) training actions.didactic activity, educational methodology, didactic methodology, didactic technology, educational experience

OLD AND NEW CONFIGURATIONS REGARDING THE CONCEPT OF ECONOMIC PERFORMANCE
The performance is generally known to be a special achievement in a field of activity. The measurement of performances represents a system of control techniques meant to make sure that the achievements from various centers of responsibility within the enterprise are in conformity with the norms established for each of them and to apply positive or negative sanctions if the achievements are sensitively off track from the selected norms. In the economic specialized literature, the performance is perceived in three different ways, respectively: performance - the strategic objectives’ achievement level; - defining performance depending on the creation of value; - efficiency versus efficacy in defining the performance. The performance of the enterprise is known nowadays under the name of sustainable development, a concept targeting the achievement of three objectives: - the growth of the enterprise’s financial performance; -the development of its surrounding environment’s efficacy; - the favoring of the social development.performance, economic performance, internal value, external value, sustainable development, efficiency, efficacy, enterprise.

An exploratory investigation examining male and female students' initial impressions and expectancies of lecturers
The aim of this study was to examine the informational cues that male and female students perceive to be influential when developing initial impressions and expectancies of a lecturer. University students (n 752) rated the extent to which 30 informational cues influence their initial perceptions of a lecturer. Following exploratory factor analysis (EFA), a five-factor model (i.e. appearance (APP), accessories (ACC), third-party reports (TPR), communication skills (CS) and nationality/ethnicity (NE)) was extracted for male students and a five-factor model (i.e. ACC, TPR, APP, interpersonal skills (IPS) and engagement (ENG)) extracted for female students. Inspection of mean scores identified that male students rated CS (e.g. clarity of voice) and TPR (e.g. qualifications) and female students IPS (e.g. control of class), ENG (e.g. eye contact) and TPR to be influential factors in forming initial impressions and expectancies of a lecturer. The findings further identify the potential for expectancy effects within student lecturer interactions

REVENUES MANAGEMENT IN THE MARKETING OF SERVICES
In the evolution of pricing strategy, yield management gained a significant importance in the latest years. Revenue Management/Yield Management helps businesses selling services at the right time, to the right customer, at the right price. Revenue management can be applied to all service businesses and especially to those in which lower price units have a shorter availability. This system allows companies to personalize the price so that the customer receives exactly what he has paid for. In developing yield management systems, it is important that customer retention be included in the model. Maximizing revenue today has little value if this leads to customers switching to another company. Revenue management is becoming used more and more in the Romanian economy.strategic pricing, revenues management, price personalization
