Kontekst ośwaitologiczny reform edukacyjnych

The osvitological analysis of the reform and modernization of the higher education in Ukraine is made in the article; osvitological context of the notions “reform of education” and “modernization of education” is disclosed; the general principles of the reform and modernization of educational sphere are grounded; the interrelations of the education reforms and reforms of such spheres of the social activities that are closely associated with education are revealed; the conclusions of the European experts about factors that hamper the development of the Ukrainian higher education are analyzed; the necessity of the development of the educational sphere from the position of the modern methodology of the multidisciplinary is grounded.У статті здійснено освітологічний аналіз реформування й модернізації вищої освіти в Україні; розкрито освітологічний зміст понять «реформування освіти» й «модернізація освіти»; обґрунтовано загальні причини реформування й модернізації сфери освіти; розкрито взаємозв’язок освітніх реформ і реформування дотичних до освіти сфер життєдіяльності суспільства; проаналізовано висновки європейських експертів щодо чинників, що гальмують розвиток української вищої освіти; обґрунтовано необхідність розвитку досліджень самої сфери освіти з позиції сучасної методології міждисципліарності.Освитологичний анализ реформирования и модернизации высшего образования в Украина; раскрыто освитологичний содержание понятий «реформирования образования» и «модернизация образования »; обоснованно общие причины реформирования и модернизации сферы образования; раскрыто взаимосвязь образовательных реформ и реформирования касающихся образования сфер жизнедеятельности общества; проанализированы выводы европейских экспертов относительно факторов, тормозящих развитие украинского высшего образования; обоснована необходимость развития исследований самого сферы образования с позиции современной методологии миждисциплиарности.W artykule dokonano analizy oświatologicznej reformowania i modernizacji szkolnictwa wyższego educacji na Ukrainie; ukazano treści ośwaitologiczne pojęć „reformowanie edukacji” oraz „modernizacja edukacji” uzasadniono ogólne przyczyny reformowania i modernizacji w zakresie edukacji; uzasadniono relacje wzajemne reform edukacyjnych oraz reformowania stycznych do edukacji obszarów życia społeczeństwa; przeanalizowano wnioski europejskich ekspertów w sprawie czynników, które hamują rozwój ukraińskiego szkolnictwa wyższego; uzasadniono konieczność rozwoju badań samego zakresu edukacji z punktu widzenia współczesnej metodologii międzydyscyplinarności

Tekst – sytuacja – kontekst w dyskusji

Celem artykułu jest uchwycenie sposobów wiązania tekstu z sytuacją, charakterystycznych dla dyskusji politycznych toczonych w mediach. Elementy sytuacji, które zostają zakodowane w tekście tworzą kontekst. Specyficzność powiązań tych elementów daje się zauważyć nie tylko w bieżącej sytuacji komunikacyjnej, która jest kreowana przez dziennikarzy i ich rozmówców w studiu, lecz także w odtwarzaniu elementów tła sytuacyjnego z przeszłości. Zakładamy, że najogólniejszy sposób porządkowania komponentów sytuacji jest skorelowany z gatunkową i dyskursywną formą wypowiedzi. Badania przebiegu dyskusji wskazują, że typowa dla niej jest selekcja elementów tła pozajęzykowego, umieszczanie ich w siatkach różnych relacji, problematyzowanie tematu oraz zderzanie różnych kontekstów.The aim of the article is to capture the typical ways in which texts are linked with situations during the debates in the media. The elements of a situation which are coded in the text constitute a context. Uniqueness of connections between these elements can be noticed not only in the current communicative situation, which is created by the journalists and their studio guests, but also by showing elements of situational background from the past. We are assuming that the most general way of arranging components of a situation is co-related to the typical and discursive form of a statement. Research shows that selecting elements of the outside language background is typical for debates, along with putting them in a relational network, problematizing the topic, and confronting different contexts

Parlevink in Kontekst: Meer dan Language Engineering

Language engineering houdt zich bezig met het ontwerpen en realiseren van software (of software en hardware) voor de verwerking van natuurlijke taal. Meestal wordt aangenomen dat er sprake is van een zodanige verwerking dat gebruikmaking van linguïstische kennis de kwaliteit van verwerking kan verhogen. Deze kennis kan uiteenlopen van statistische informatie over lettervolgordes tot geavanceerde syntactische, semantische en pragmatische kennis van taal. De systemen die gebruik maken van dergelijke kennis lopen uiteen van OCR-systemen en spelling checkers tot natuurlijke taal interfaces, intelligente information retrieval en machinale vertaalsystemen. Parlevink is een onderzoeksproject van de Faculteit Informatica waarvan de kern wordt gevormd door onderzoek op het gebied van language engineering (taaltechnologie, linguistic engineering, etc.) ondersteund door meer fundamenteel onderzoek op het gebied van taalanalyse en taalbeschrijving. In dit artikeltje zullen we ons grotendeels tot de kern moeten beperken. Zijdelings zullen een aantal andere aspecten van het onderzoek aan bod komen. Om het onderzoek enigszins te kunnen plaatsen is een kennismaking met achtergronden van het onderzoeksterrein onontbeerlijk. Zodra die gegeven is kunnen we in het kort de onderzoeksterreinen binnen Parlevink verduidelijken

Polityka społeczna – kontekst administracyjny

Książka wpisuje się w nurt rozważań na temat aktualnych procesów i zjawisk zachodzących w lokalnych i regionalnych społecznościach. Jej celem jest ukazanie różnych aspektów funkcjonowania samorządu terytorialnego w ramach przysługującego mu prawa do tworzenia własnych rozwiązań i strategii w obszarze polityki społecznej. Autorzy zaprezentowali istotne problemy społeczne i możliwe metody radzenia sobie z nimi w skali lokalnej i regionalnej.Rozdział prezentuje interpretację polityki społecznej w kategoriach polityki publicznej. Jednym z jej komponentów jest administracja publiczna, która uczestniczy w procesie formułowania głównych celów, założeń interwencji publicznych w społeczeństwie ale przede wszystkim ponosi odpowiedzialność za ich wdrażanie. Za cel rozdziału przyjęto zatem identyfikację podstawowych komponentów polityki społecznej jako polityki publicznej państwa oraz ukazanie specyfiki i narzędzi wykorzystywanych przez administrację publiczną w tym obszarze. Rozważania zamyka przegląd kierunków reform administracji publicznej i konsekwencje ich wdrożenia w polityce społecznej

Hybrid forms of entertainment in the media

The media environment is an extremely variable universe where every now and again we can observe the emergence of new phenomena. Many of those form through blending of often rather different and distant areas. As a result, there emerge hybrid forms, which are not entirely established or completely defined. This article is focussed on those kinds of mixed types based on media entertainment, e.g. infotainment, edutainment, politainment, politicotainment, docutainment etc., which can be observed in the means of mass communication. The goal of the study was to define their essence, their distinctive features, and to indicate the place of those hybrid forms within the media discourses being carried on today

The Capacities and Limitations of the Newspaper Column as a Tool for Creating the Image of Its Author

The aim of this paper is to verify the capacities and limitations of the newspaper column (understood as a genre) as a tool for creating the image of its author. In the paper, the distinguishing features of a column are first presented, and then a hypothesis is proposed for predicting which attributes of its author may be generated by the column’s features. This hypothesis is juxtaposed with the results of empirical research. The main task of this research was to read the texts of one of two Polish columnists – Krzysztof Varga and Szymon Hołownia – and subsequently answer questions indicating the authors’ attributes. This procedure made it possible to recreate the image of the text’s author. Elements of the Integrated Support Model for Innovative Academic Entrepreneurship

Przedstawiony artykuł poświęcony jest tendencjom rozwoju przedsiębiorczości akademickiej. W pierwszej jego części omówiono pojęcie oraz formy przedsiębiorczości akademickiej. Rozwój tej postaci przedsiębiorczości jest konsekwencją przekształceń uczelni wyższych oraz jej dopasowania do wyzwań współczesnego rozwoju gospodarczego. W drugiej części skoncentrowano się na wybranych zagadnieniach związanych ze wsparciem przedsiębiorczości akademickiej, a w szczególności: etapach działań wspierających inicjatywy przedsiębiorcze, czynnikach i modelach wsparcia przedsiębiorstw. Omówiono także kontekst międzynarodowy podejmowania innowacji i jego wpływ na postawy przedsiębiorcze w środowisku akademickim

Litterær kompetanse. Portrett av tre lesarar

Artikkelen drøfter eit sentralt problemfelt innom litteraturdidaktikken, nemleg tilhøvet mellom litterær lesing som fagleg kompetanse og litterær lesing som oppleving. Problemfeltet er særleg knytt til Louise Rosenblatts arbeid. Ho viser ved hjelp av omgrepa efferent og estetisk lesing korleis det er ei utfordring for litteraturlæraren å utvikle ei litteraturundervisning som i tilstrekkeleg grad tek omsyn til kjensler og røynsler. I ein litteraturteoretisk kontekst er subjektive responsar på litterære tekstar irrelevante, men i ein litteraturdidaktisk kontekst er subjektive responsar høgst relevante. Denne artikkelen bidrar inn i diskusjon-en mellom anna ved å trekkje inn meir empirisk basert litteraturteori som referanseramme. Artikkelen presenterer tre lesarars litterære responsar, og viser korleis kunnskap om individuelle lesarresponsar kan vere utgangspunkt for ei litteraturundervisning som balanserer ei fagleg tilnærming til litteratur opp mot ei meir opplevingsbasert tilnærming
