    In 2014 tourist arrivals in Semarang decreased when compared to 2013, which caused the occupancy rate also decreased, this led to increasingly fierce competition among businessmen hospitality. Performance measurement is one way companies look at how big the achievement of the company today. Performance measurement method used is balanced scorecard. This method is able to assess the company not only from the financial aspect, but also from non-financial aspects with reference to the four perspectives that exist. Determination key performance indicator (KPI) in this study consider the vision, mission and values of organizational culture within the company. By using four perspectives in the BSC, there are 12 key performance indicator (KPI) with different interests for each perspective and its KPI based on the weighted analitycal hierarchy process (AHP). The measurement results with the company BSC BSC showed a score of 51.979 included in the final score BSC value of 0, which indicates the value of the company's performance in the Semarang Hotel Grasia sufficient criteria, which means it is still the same as the performance targets set by the company

    The East Africa Dairy Development (EADD) project is a regional industry development program and implemented by a consortium of partners. It is currently being piloted in 18 sites in Kenya, 8 in Rwanda and 27 in Uganda. The overall goal of the project is to transform the lives of 179,000 families, or about 1 million people, by doubling household dairy income in 10 years through integrated interventions in dairy production, market access and knowledge application. This brief highlights key results of a baseline survey of the economic performance analysis of dairy farms in project sites in Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda. The focus is on production and marketing aspects to establish a benchmark against which future economic performances of the project beneficiaries will be assessed during the project monitoring, review and final impact evaluations.     - The development of GSM technology is expected to be able to accommodate data and voice services. Therefore the application of the GSM network is necessary to perfect design and optimization of the network, so that it can produce optimal network and profitable. Network performance measurement is performed to determine network performance at PT. Hutchison 3 Indonesia (H3I) Pontianak on the Khatulistiwa Plaza area without and with repeater. Drive Test is required to collect the data from the measurement of signal quality of a network. GSM network performance is analyzed based on KPI parameters are call statistics obtained using TEMS software, KPI parameters consist of CSSR, CSR and CDR. The results of Drive Test does not use repeaters obtained CSSR 100%, CSR 80% and the CDR of 20%, whereas when using a repeater obtained CSSR 100%, CSR 97% and CDR 3%, the data retrieval process performed three times with the result was not optimal, it caused kind of repeaters are using do not compatible with Node B frequency. Node B to the 3G network is 2100 MHz, while the repeater is work at frequency 1800 MHz. The result of using repeater for this network, performance states are in good condition

    All studies that have explored the impact that job-security legislation has had on labor-market performance have been handicapped by the lack of a good quantitative indicator covering a long enough historical period to reflect the drastic changes that have occurred in this area since World War II. This study has developed such an indicator in hopes of making a key tool available for labor-market research. The paper describes the reason that job security is important for labor market performance, and outlines the steps taken to develop this time-series indicator, which should help to deliver on how job-security laws have affected labor market performance in the developed countries since WWII.

    ABSTRAK Alat transportasi merupakan salah satu hal penting yang dibutuhkan oleh manusia. Sekarang, semakin banyak perusahaan transportasi di Indonesia, hal tersebut yang membuat PO. Nusantara harus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya agar konsumen yang memakai jasa perusahaan tersebut tidak merasa dikecewakan. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di PO. Nusantara yaitu dengan meningkatkan kualitas kinerja PO. Nusantara. Pengukuran kinerja dalam penelitian ini didukung oleh beberapa metode yaitu pembobotan dengan Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP) untuk mengetahui nilai prioritas setiap Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Scoring System dengan metode Objectives Matrix (OMAX) untuk menentukan kinerja dari masing-masing indikator, dan Traffic Light System untuk mengetahui KPI yang memerlukan perbaikan berdasarkan warna. Beberapa faktor yang menjadi dasar dari TQM yaitu organizing, system and techniques, measurement and feedback, serta culture and people. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran kinerja melalui 4 faktor tersebut diketahui bahwa kinerja PO. Nusantara Kudus bernilai 5,36 dan termasuk dalam kategori warna kuning yang artinya bahwa pencapaian dari suatu indikator kerja belum tercapai walaupun nilainya sudah mendekati target dan pihak manajemen harus berhati-hati dengan adanya berbagai macam kemungkinan yang akan terjadi. ABSTRACT Transportation is one of important things needed by human. Now, there are a lot of transportation companies in Indonesia, which makes PO. Nusantara must improve their quality of service, so customers who use their services do not feel disappointed. One way can be done to improve the quality of service at PO. Nusantara is increasing quality of performance at PO. Nusantara. Performance measurement in this study is supported by several methods such as weighting with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine value of priority for each Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Scoring System with Objectives Matrix (OMAX) method to determine performance for each indicator, and Traffic Light System to determine KPIs that need improvement based on color. Some factors which become the basis of TQM are organizing, systems and techniques, measurement and feedback, the culture and people. Based on result of performance measurement through these four factors, known that score of performance of PO. Nusantara is 5.36 and included in yellow category, which means that achievement of an indicator has not been achieved even though the value is close to the target and the management have to be careful with the wide range of possibilities that will happen

    We study the effects of individual and collective ministerial performance on the length oftime a minister serves in British government from 1945-97, using the number ofresignation calls for a minister as an individual performance indicator and the cumulativenumber of such calls as an indicator of government performance. Our analysis lendssupport to a 'two-strike rule': ministers facing a second call for their resignation have asignificantly higher hazard than those facing their first, irrespective of the performance ofthe government. A minister's hazard rate is decreasing in the cumulative number ofresignation calls; but conditional on receiving a first resignation call, the hazard rateincreases with the number of calls that all government ministers have faced in the past.Our message is that collective ministerial performance is a key determinant of whether aminister survives his first resignation call.

    Control channels play a key role in the evaluation of mobile system performance. The purpose of our paper is to evaluate the performance of the control channels implementation in the Long Term Evolution (LTE) system. The paper deals with the simulation of the complete signal processing chain for Physical Control Format Indicator Channel (PCFICH) and Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) in the LTE system, Release 8. We implemented a complete signal processing chain for downlink control channels as an extension of the existing MATLAB LTE downlink simulator. The paper presents results of PCFICH and PDCCH control channel computer performance analysis in various channel conditions. The results can be compared with the performance of data channels
