PENGEMBANGAN DESAIN MEDIA PRESENTASI BERBASIS GOOGLE SLIDES ADD-ON PEAR-DECK PADA MATERI BARISAN DAN DERET SMA
This research to describe the process of creating, feasibility and practicality of Google Slides Add-on Pear-Deck based presentation media on sequence and series SMA material. This research uses the 4-D development research method. The results of media validation by experts obtained an average of 93.3% with "good" criteria. The results of validation of the response questionnaire by experts were 90% with "good" criteria. Before the trial, the media was revised again according to comments and suggestions from the Validator. The test results obtained were an average of 80.178% with "good" criteria. Apart from that, this research also contains the flow of using presentation media based on the Google Slides Add-on Pear-Deck. The research results show that using the Google Slides Add-on Pear-Deck media is practical and feasible to use. The research results show that the Google Slides Add-on Pear-Deck media really helps students and teachers in learning both online and face-to-face. So, it can be concluded that "the Google Slides Add-on Pear-Deck media is very good and suitable for learning in the current digital era.
KETERLIBATAN STAKEHOLDER DALAM STRATEGI PERENCANAAN PENDIDIKAN PADA PERGURUAN TINGGI SWASTA : Studi Kasus pada Pengembangan Universitas Tirtayasa Banten / Persiapan Universitas Negeri Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa Keppres No. 130/1999 dan STIA Maulana Yusuf Banten di Kabupaten Serang
Mengungkapka penelitian dengan judul diatas adalah pilihan penting dari sekian kajian yang sesuai dengan Tocus' dan 'fokus' Program Studi Administrasi
Pendidikan, sebagai wacana keilmuan yang dapat direfleksikan dalam mewujudkan
manajemen perguruan tinggi swasta yang mandiri dan profesional. Permasalahan yang diangkat sebagai latar belakang penelitian, yaitu
keprihatinan penulis dalam pengamatannya terhadap kondisi PTS di daerah yang
cendemng lamban dan mengundang image masyarakat yang negatif, sehingga diduga
kedua PTS tidak memiliki visi, misi dan strategi perencanaan pendidikan yang jelas.
Karenanya pokok permasalahan yang layak diteliti adalah; Apakah dalam
merumuskan strategi perencanaan pendidikan pada PTS tersebut, melibatkan
stakeholder ? Persepsi yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu apabila dalam
memposisikan stakeholder tepat dan proporsional ketika proses perencanaan, maka
langkah ini akan memberikan kemudahan bagi langkah-langkah selanjutnya,
misalkan dalam perumusan visi, misi, analisis posisi dan penentuan strategi. Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah memperoleh gambaran tentang
bagaimana keterlibatan stakeholder dalam merumuskan strategi perencanaan
pendidikan pada UNTIRTA dan STIA; mengkaji hambatan dan peluang keterlibatan
stakeholder dalam merumuskan strategi perencanaan pendidikan; kemudian
menganalisis sejauh mana keterlibatan stakeholder yang memberikan pengaruh
terhadap strategi perencanaan pendidikan pada keduaPTStersebut. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan melalui pendekatan dekriptif analisis.
Melengkapi data yang diperlukan penulis melakukan wawancara intensif dengan
sumber data, selanjutnya dianalisis tentang masalah yang diungkap dengan ukuran
atau indikator secara kualitatif, dan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan "trianggulasi"
dan "member check" terhadap kebenaran data. Penelitian kualitatif ini sangat mendasarkan pada deskripsi, perbandingan,
pengamatan, analisis isi, tinjauan historis, dan proses single-subject. Jadi, penelitian
ini, menggunakan manusia sebagai suatu kesatuan secara utuh atau instrumen
penelitian (human instrument), karena manusia mempuyai adaptabilitas tinggi serta
responsif terhadap situasi yang selalu berubah-ubah yang terjadi selama penelitian
berlangsung. Tahapan penelitian yang digunakan terdiri dari; tahap orientasi; tahap
ekplorasi; tahap member check. Sedangkan pengolahan dan analisis data yang
dijadikan pedoman adalah dengan cara content analysis, kategorisasi dan deskripsi
data, melalui analisis stakeholder yang terdiri dari dua kegiatan, yaitu identifikasi
stakeholder dan pemetaan stakeholder. Sebagai hasil penelitan, menggambarkan bahwa posisi keterlibatan
stakeholder pada UNTIRTA Banten dan STIA Maulana Yusuf Banten,
memperlihatkan adanya perbedaan. Gambaran UNTIRTA, memberikan nilai
optimisme dan harapan di masa depan, dengan mulai dilibatkannya beberapa
komponen stakeholder. Sedangkan Gambaran STIA masih sangat jauh dari nilai
optimisme dan harapan untuk berkembang, karena mencerminkan stagnasi di dalam
keterlibatan stakeholder. Kondisi inilah yangmempengaruhi terhadappengembangan
kedua PTS tersebut sangat berbeda. Secara obyektif UNTIRTA lebih menjanjikan,
apalagi dengan persiapan untuk menjadi Perguruan Tinggi Negeri berdasarkan
Keppres No. 130/1999. Merekomendasikan hasil penelitian, dengan harapan dapat didiskusikan dan
hal-hal berikut ini : Pemahaman secara seksama tentang perlunya melibatkan
stakeholder dalam perencanaan pendidikan hendaknya mampu disosialisasikan
dengan optimal; perumusan visi, misi dan strategi secara konseptual hams segera
terwujud dan tersosialisasi melalui konsep "membumikan visi, misi dan strategi
perencanaan pendidikan tahun 2000-2004", agar proses penegrian seiraman dengan
dinamika pemahaman stakeholder terhadap konsep tersebut; Perlunya dilakukan
identifikasi dan pemetaan stakeholder secara komprehensif; Secara khusus ditujukan
kepada unsur yayasan pendidikan STIA, perlunya memahami secara cermat dengan
wawasan kependidikan yang luas, sehingga akan dapat membah pandangan dalam
pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan kearah profesional; yang terpenting dalam program
pengembangan adalah diiringi dengan perbaikan nilai moralitas dan budaya
akademik kampus, sehingga meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat; Kedua PTS,
hendaknya terns mengkaji dan mengevaluasi posisi KKPA (kekuatan, kelemahan,
peluang dan ancaman) sebagai pendorong kinerja; Dalam program pengembangan
seyogyanya mengacu pada statuta / Rencana Induk Pengembangan yang mutiak
dimihki; Upaya pemberdayaan stakeholder hendaknya tidak hanya terbatas pada
kegiatan-kegiatan formal di tingkat fakultas atau Universitas, tetapi secara informal
mampu diciptakan oleh unsur pimpinan suasana dialogis, dengan tujuan menyerap
dan menjaring pemikiran-pemikiran yang produktif kearah kemajuan pendidikan
Analisis Peran Stakeholder dalam Kebijakan Surat Tanda Registrasi Tenaga Kesehatan Masyarakat di Kota Semarang
Health workers who would implementing the practice or profession task should be had a license from government. The license could be have registration certificate for health workers which had regulated by registration health workers policy. To succeed the implementation of that policy, the government needs a stakeholder. This study aims to analyze the role of stakeholder in certificate of registration for public health workers in Semarang City. This research used the qualitative method which stakeholder subject in certificate of registration policy. Stakeholder from that policy who identified is Faculty of Public Health Diponegoro University (FKM Undip), The Indonesian Public Health Association Central Java (IAKMI Jateng), Council of Health Workers Province Central Java (MTKP Jateng), and Public Health Workers. This research used the exploratory research to understanding the problem with analysis method. Analysis method in this research used the stakeholder analysis with the interest, importance and influence as a assessment analyze. From the mapping stakeholder importance and influence, FKM Undip, IAKMI Jateng and MTKP Jateng have a high imprtance and influence in that policy and they should collaborate with each stakeholder, they could be catogorized as a advocate who driving the policy. Health workers have a high importance but low influence and need a inform the policy benefit, and it could be categorized as a follower in the policy. Therefore, each stakeholder need to collaborate to gave a influence the benefit of policy, it would be each stakeholder can reach the goals from the certificate of registration policy
PENGARUH PENGUNGKAPAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TERHADAP KEPEMILIKAN INSTITUSIONAL PADA PERUSAHAAN BERKATEGORI HIGH-PROFILE YANG LISTING DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA
The aim of this research is to investigate the effects of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure dimensions to institutional ownership in companies. Dimensions from CSR disclosure follow the indicators from Golden Hope Plantation Berhad (GHPB) that stand from four category which is employee relation, community involvement, product, and environment. Company’s institutional ownership seen by the stock ownership from institution in each companies. Therefore, this research attempts to develop previous researchs by using four CSR disclosure indicators form GHPB as independent variable. The four independent variables are employee relation CSR disclosure, community involvement CSR disclosure, product CSR disclosure, and environment CSR disclosure. The population of this research is the companies listed in BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia) in the year of 2008-2009. Based on purposive sampling method, sample size of this research is 61 companies while data source is the annual reports of companies in Indonesia. Data analysis is used contents analysis, procees by classic assumption, and then hypothesis test is used multiple linear regression method in SPPS 16.0 software. This research’s results show that only employee relation CSR disclosure and product CSR disclosure which have a positive and significant effect to institutional ownership. In other hand, community involvement CSR disclosure and environment CSR disclosure have no positive and no significant effect to institutional ownesrship. This research’s result generally coincide with the previous research findings on disclosure of corporate social responsibility and its relations with insitutiona ownership
PENGARUH PENGUNGKAPAN TANGGUNG JAWAB SOSIAL PERUSAHAAN (CSR DISCLOSURE) TERHADAP KEPEMILIKAN INSTITUSIONAL PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI
The tendency of globalization and the increasing demand from
stakeholders for the company to carry out the role of social responsibility and
disclosure encourage corporate involvement in CSR practices. CSR itself is a
general statement that shows a company's obligation to take advantage of
economic resources in the operation to provide and contribute to internal and
external stakeholders. With practice and disclosure of CSR, companies will
benefit for the company itself. On the basis of these conditions, this study was
conducted to determine the effect of disclosure of social responsibility (CSR
disclosure) to the institutional ownership in manufacturing companies in
Indonesia.
This study uses four independent variables which include CSR Disclosure,
employee relations, community involvement, products, and the environment with
the dependent variable, namely institutional ownership with four research
hypotheses. Data on CSR Disclosure, employee relations, community
involvement, product, environmental, and institutional ownership is obtained
through annual reports or annual reports Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which
subsequently were analyzed by using statistical regression techniques.
Test results using regression test showed that the four hypotheses proposed
only proven products or in other words CSR Disclosure, employee relations,
community involvement, and the environment proved no significant effect on IO

The Pattern Of Partnership In Tourism Development In Karimunjawa Archipelago Jepara RegencyKarimunjawa Subdistrict, Jepara regency has a key region in the tourism sector (eco) tourism-based nature is a Marine National Park Publications (TNKJ). Currently TNKJ has developed into a tourist area that became famous in the national and International arena. To realize the tourism area TNKJ more advanced and interesting course Jepara regency government should involve the cooperation of various parties. Based on these ideas, the authors conducted research on partnership in attraction Karimunjawa.This study aims to look at the fabric of partnerships between government, private and community in the management and development of the area TNKJ Tourism. In this study, researchers used a qualitative research method deskripstif by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted in the Department of Tourism and Culture of Jepara and the National Park Karimunjawa. Interviews were conducted with actors involved in the network of partnerships and competent in their respective fields.The theory explains the partnership activities performed by the actors involved. Partnership that exists in the management of tourist attraction TNKJ a collaborative partnership / multi namely the implementation of an activity or handling a problem in order to help improve the effectiveness of regional management and synergistic TNKJ jointly by the parties on the basis of understanding and mutual agreement in accordance with the legislation applies. To maximize tourism management TNKJ, then the manager in charge to coordinate cooperation and synergy, in addition to minimizing conflicts of interest that may be the case then you should lasting partnerships built on the principles of mutual respect, mutual respect, mutual trust and mutual benefits
