Change Management Approach In Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP)
Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) is one of the methods used to build an information architecture. The most important thing in the EAP is a 'Planning'. EAP consists of four layers. Implementation plan on the EAP layer is the most important layer that aims to formulate and prepare a plan for implementation. Without the implementation plan will be architectural usually end up with only provide benefits that are not too meaningful to the business units. But unfortunately in the EAP layer implementation plan only highlight the technical factors and not too much to consider non-technical factors are also very important. Therefore need the additional consideration of non-technical factors using the concept of Change Management, which is a series of processes used to ensure that the significant changes made in a controlled and systematic.

Introduction
Innovation (i.e., a new beneficial idea or practice) in English language teaching (ELT) has been a constant subject of academic discussion over the last few decades. This topic continues to be a concern to all English language practitioners because, as teachers, we are constantly encouraging new challenges in our teaching context and as a result we find new ways of addressing and resolving them. Innovation in the context of ELT is, however, still under-researched (Waters, 2014) although this area of research is emerging in the fields of English for Academic Purposes (EAP) and English for Specific Purposes (ESP) (e.g., see Hyland & Wong, 2013). Despite both EAP and ESP tending to be innovative, pioneering practices are often limited to individual teachers or institutions. Therefore, there is a need for more research in this area of EAP and ESP. Such innovative practices can benefit other EAP and ESP practitioners globally. In this context, this edited volume, the fourth book from the IATEFL ESP SIG, aims to contribute by bringing together EAP and ESP practitioners from around the world to share their innovations and research on their novel practices.
Innovations in EAP and ESP are generally initiated locally to meet certain needs. Innovative practices, due to their nature being small-scale and local, may not flourish if there is no institutional support or there is resistance to change (Waters, 2009). Even if the innovation is national or large-scale, implementing it may still be challenging (Hu & McGrath, 2011). Despite these barriers, if local innovative practices in EAP and ESP are shared with other practitioners, EAP and ESP learners from around the world may benefit from these innovative practices given the increasing demand of English language skills globally for various purposes. As you will see, this volume aims to showcase local innovations from a global perspective in each of the 12 chapters
Selection of EAP-authentication methods in WLANs
IEEE 802.1X is a key part of IEEE802.11i. By employing Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP) it supports a variety of upper layer
authentication methods each with different benefits and drawbacks. Any one of these authentication methods can be the ideal choice for a specific networking environment. The fact that IEEE 802.11i leaves the selection of the most suitable authentication method to system implementers makes the authentication framework more flexible, but on the other hand leads to the
question of how to select the authentication method that suits an organisation’s requirements and specific networking environment. This paper gives an overview of EAP authentication methods and provides a table comparing their properties. It then identifies the crucial factors to be considered when employing EAP authentication methods in WLAN environments. The paper presents algorithms that guide the selection of an EAP-authentication method for a WLAN and demonstrates their application through three examples
A post-mortem of the Vilnius Summit: not yet a 'Thessaloniki moment' for the Eastern Partnership
In assessing the third Eastern Partnership (EaP) Summit at Vilnius on November 28-29th, this CEPS Commentary concludes that the event fell far short of its initial ambition to define the geopolitical finalité of EU-EaP relations by projecting a path towards future accession to the EU for Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine
Women's experiences of equine assisted psychotherapy : a thesis presented in partial fulfilment of the requirement for the degree of Master of Arts in Psychology at Massey University, Palmerston North, New Zealand
Equine assisted psychotherapy has received little research attention within
psychology. This research explores the way women experience this modality.
Working alongside Renee, an EAP practitioner, from HorsePower Aotearoa and
three of her clients I undertook a photovoice project. Renee participated in both
the planning aspects and as a key participant, informing the research through
her knowledge of EAP in practice. Drawing on photovoice techniques to gather
data with hard to reach groups the information was gathered from participants’
images and their photo elicitation interviews. This allowed the narratives of the
women’s experiences to be communicated on more than one level. The
narratives demonstrated the processes of EAP in action as well as revealing
some of the fundamental attributes that make this therapy efficacious. The
analysis showed that the interrelationships between the therapist, the horses,
the space, the place and the client create a complex ecology. What was
evidenced was that for meaningful change to be made, the clients need to feel
safe to make those changes. EAP seems to provide a space and place that
enables this. The implications of this are the spreading awareness of EAP as an
effective modality especially for clients with previous difficulties engaging with
therapy
Costs and Benefits of Labour Mobility Between the EU and the Eastern Partnership Partner Countries. Country Report: Germany
This study provides an overview of the situation of migrants from Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries in Germany, with this chapter particularly focusing on the labour market integration of EaP migrants, their access to social assistance and social services, and the impact of these flows on the German labour market. We then provide an informed view of the scope for future increased mobility between Germany and EaP countries, in the light of the skills needs and demographic trends expected in the next 10 to 20 years. Based on the results, the following conclusions can be drawn. More than half of EaP migrants come to Germany for work and study purposes. Family reunification is important for Ukrainians and Moldovans. Work and family purposes are the two main residence grounds for migrants from Moldova and Ukraine, while the other nationalities hold residence permits for reasons of study and work in most cases
Talent Investments Pay Off: Executive Briefing - Advocate Health Care Realizes Returns for Investments in Education Assistance
An analysis of Advocate Health Care's Education Assistance Program (EAP), conducted by Accenture and partner Lumina Foundation, shows a 4-percent return on every dollar invested in tuition assistance for the health system. For Advocate's business and administrative workforce, EAP generates a 58-percent ROI
Ecumenical alethic pluralism
ABSTRACTEcumenical Alethic Pluralism is a novel kind of alethic pluralism. It is ecumenical in that it widens the scope of alethic pluralism by allowing for a normatively deflated truth property alongside a variety of normatively robust truth properties. We establish EAP by showing how Wright’s Inflationary Arguments fail in the domain of taste, once a relativist treatment of the metaphysics and epistemology of that domain is endorsed. EAP is highly significant to current debates on the nature of truth insofar as it involves a reconfiguration of the dialectic between deflationists and pluralists
