Numbers (Two digit numbers with circle, Dual circled numbers and Inversed circled numbers) requested by Japan (for compatibility with JIS X 0213:2000) are one of the open issues. This paper confirms Japanese position on to the number issues. Note: Regular symbols issue is in progress as separated discussion, and only open issue (beside this paper) is request of pre-composed characters. First of all, for compatibility (and round trip conversion) with JIS X 0213, there is no question that there is a needs to have the same repertoires within ISO/IEC 10646. Since, other than acceptance of the proposal, there are no simple method to accommodate the requirements in short period of time. Even though there are many new tricks are possible to be invented for meeting the needs, there are no immediate proven solution yet, therefore, it would be better to provide the characters as original requirement for COMPATIBILITY WITH NATIONAL STANDARD immediately. Therefore, Japan requests to include the three types of circled characters into the BMP. 1 Japan noticed that there is an opinion which says “since number is endless, thus

In this paper we consider a locally compact second countable unimodular group GG and a closed unimodular subgroup HH. Let ρ\rho be a finite dimensional unitary representation of HH with closed image. For the unitary representation of GG obtained by inducing ρ\rho from HH to GG a decomposition in Hilbert subspaces of a certain space of distributions is given. It is shown that the representations relevant for this decomposition are determined by so-called (ρ,H)(\rho,H) spherical distributions, which leads to a description of the decomposition on the level of these distributions. \u

Confidence distribution (CD) -- distribution estimator of a parameter

The notion of confidence distribution (CD), an entirely frequentist concept, is in essence a Neymanian interpretation of Fisher's Fiducial distribution. It contains information related to every kind of frequentist inference. In this article, a CD is viewed as a distribution estimator of a parameter. This leads naturally to consideration of the information contained in CD, comparison of CDs and optimal CDs, and connection of the CD concept to the (profile) likelihood function. A formal development of a multiparameter CD is also presented.Comment: Published at http://dx.doi.org/10.1214/074921707000000102 in the IMS Lecture Notes Monograph Series (http://www.imstat.org/publications/lecnotes.htm) by the Institute of Mathematical Statistics (http://www.imstat.org

Mapping of Landslide Hazard Distribution in Alo Watershed Gorontalo Regency

Landslide occurrence can be influenced by physical factors and human activities. Thus, research related to the provision of information about landslide distribution in Alo watershed is needed as a basis in enhancing community preparedness in dealing with disasters. The method used in this study is the scoring method based on the Minister of Public Works Regulation No.22 / PRT / M / 2017 which is processed through a geographical information system through the overlay of all physical parameters. The result shows that the Alo watershed area is divided into three vulnerability categories. "Low" category covers 7171.8 ha, "medium" category covers 12008.7 ha, and "high" category covers 5039.5 ha out of 24.221 ha the total area of Alo watershed. Information provided in this research is expected to be able to help the local government in making policies in managing the Alo watershed area and enhancing the understanding of the local community in Alo watershed in dealing with disasters

    On Wishart distribution

This paper proposes a unified approach that enables the Wishart distribution to be studied simultaneously in the real, complex, quaternion and octonion cases. In particular, the noncentral generalised Wishart distribution, the joint density of the eigenvalues and the distribution of the maximum eigenvalue are obtained for real normed division algebras.Comment: 11 page
