    家計單位花卉消費支出之計量分析

    This paper presents the statistical and econometric results for analyzing household expenditures for flowers. The data used in the study are obtained from a survey on consumer behavior for flowers in Taipei and Taichung cities. The empirical本研究旨在探討和分析影響家計單位花卉消費支出的因素。實証資料係以問卷調 查方式於臺北市和臺中市兩個城市以配額抽樣方式,搜集家計單位的花卉消費支出和受訪者 及家計單位相關變項資料,有效樣本為 763 份。 卡方檢定結果顯示受訪者個人生活型態因 素、家計單位的所得和庭院陽臺類型,與家計單位花卉消費支出金額的多寡具有顯著關係。 Tobit 模式的迴歸估測結果顯示, 家計單位的花卉需求之所得彈性為 2.84,代表花卉產品 是屬於奢侈品

The study will conduct market survey at metropolitan areas in Taiwan to explore consumers' perception and buying behavior of over-heating steamed vegetable products. Then the statistical techniques are employed in evaluating market potential for this new-type ready-to-eat vegetable products. An effective marketing strategy is therefore expected to be developed for accelerating market diffusion of over-heating steamed vegetable products

    本研究利用糧食平衡表,農業年報和臺灣都市地區農產品零售價格資 料,建構出五類十七項農產品需求資料檔。首先藉敘述統計量,來描述臺灣地區 近二十年間主要農產品需求結構與型態之變遷,實證需求體系之計量分析,係採 S-組群效用函數所推衍而來的近似完整模型,而估測模式的設定包括靜態和動態 兩種型式。實證結果顯示,在兩種不同模式設定下所估測的彈性值並不完全一 致,其中差異較大的產品項目,在自身價格彈性方面有麵粉、莖菜、香蕉和肉類 四項;在支出彈性方面有十項產品其估測值差異甚大。五類產品中水果類產品自 身價格This study attempts to analyze demand for 17 food categories using Taiwan Food Balance Sheets data.
