Tingkat Kemampuan Vo2Max Pada Atlet Bola Basket Puteri POMNAS Riau

The purpose of this study is to determine how far the extent of Vo2Max capability towards female basketball athletes in Riau National Police. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with the method that used in this study is a survey method that is the collecting data that using only tests and measurements. The population of this research is the POMNAS Riau female basketball athletes. The sample in this study is 15 people with a total sampling technique, where all populations are be samples. The data analysing technique that used is descriptive statistics that aimed for collecting data, presenting data, and determining score. The data that obtained from each test is the initial data from each test item that has been achieved. Referring to the data that have been obtained, from the final results of the study and discussion, it can be concluded that the level of Vo2Max ability of POMNAS Riau female basketball athletes by using the Balke testt, amount to 15 athletes are in the category of very little. For this reason, this research needs to be followed up in the future that a coach must have a structured and continuous program so that in future the results of Vo2Max of basketball athletes will be even better without experiencing significant exhaustion.The purpose of this study is to determine how far the extent of Vo2Max capability towards female basketball athletes in Riau National Police. Prarancangan Pabrik Butiraldehid Dari Propilen, Hidrogen Dan Karbon Monoksida Menggunakan Katalis NaX-ZEOLIT Dengan Kapasitas 120.000 Ton/Tahun

Pabrik butiraldehid dengan bahan baku propilen, hidrogen dan karbon monoksida dengan kapasitas 120.000 ton/tahun direncanakan beroperasi selama 330 hari/tahun. Proses pembuatan butiraldehid dilakukan dalam reaktor fixed bed multi tube, pada reaktor ini reaksi berlangsung pada fase gas, irreversible, eksotermis dengan kondisi operasi non-adiabatis pada suhu 150°C dan pada tekanan 200 atm. Pabrik ini digolongkan beresiko tinggi karena kondisi operasi bertekanan tinggi. kebutuhan propilen sebesar 8.847 kg/jam, H2 sebesar 425 kg/jam, CO sebesar 5.891 kg/jam. Produk berupa n-butiraldehid sebesar 11.317 kg/jam dan iso-butiraldehid sebesar 3.834 kg/jam. Utilitas pendukung proses meliputi penyediaan air diperoleh dari danau, kebutuhan air 62.261 kg/jam dan penyediaan saturated steam sebesar 1.263 kg/jam yang diperoleh dari boiler dengan bahan bakar solar 153.394 lt/jam. Pabrik ini didirikan di Balongan, Jawa Barat dengan luas 40.000 m² dengan jumlah karyawan 279 orang. Pabrik Butiraldehid memerlukan modal tetap sebesar Rp 89.009.439.360,- dan modal kerja sebesar Rp 799.311.917.245,-. Dari analisis ekonomi terhadap pabrik ini menunjukkan keuntungan sebelum pajak Rp 454.666.036/tahun, setelah dipotong pajak 50% keuntungan mencapai Rp 227.333.018.083,-/tahun. Percent Return on Investment (ROI) sebelum pajak 60,63% dan setelah pajak 30,32%. Pay Out Time (POT) sebelum pajak selama 1,42 tahun dan setelah pajak 2,48 tahun. Break Even Pointi (BEP) sebesar 41,28% dan Shut Down Point (SDP) sebesar 21,21%. Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) terhitung sebesar 31,46%. Dari data analisis kelayakan di atas disimpulkan bahwa pabrik ini menguntungkan dan layak untuk didirikan

Penggunaan media audio-visual dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar gerakan senam round off

The round off movement is a movement that is quite difficult to demonstrate by students, this is due to the lack of development of floor gymnastics learning, especially the use of learning media. This study aims to determine the effect of using audio-visual media in improving the learning outcomes of round off gymnastics movements.  This study involved 42 students as research samples. The method used is an experiment where treatment is carried out in 12 meetings with data analysis techniques using pre tests and post tests. The research instrument used a round off test consisting of three stages: the initial phase, the main phase, and the final phase. Based on the results of the study that there is an effect of using audio-visual media on the learning outcomes of round off gymnastics movements, and there is an increase of about 30%. So based on the results of the study, the use of audio-visual media is effective for improving the learning outcomes of round off gymnastics movements.  The results of the study show positive things how the use of audio-visual media can be a solution and alternative in learning floor gymnastics movements, but there are still some limitations. It is hoped that future researchers can develop by increasing the number of sample groups and involving comparison groups so as to get new findings in the field

Creative thinking learning of physical education: Can be enhanced using discovery learning model?

The teacher-centered mindset and teaching methods are still teacher-centered, closing the space toward students to develop their creative thinking abilities. This study aims to determine the thinking skills of students in physical education learning using discovery learning models. This study used a quasi-experiment method and a pretest and posttest control group design. The research sample was obtained by means of random cluster sampling with a sample amount of 70 people. The instrument that used to measure students' creative thinking skills used the Torrance Test of Creative Thinking (TTCT) which before be tested, it has conducted the validity and reliability. The t test was used as the analysis of this study. Discovery learning model is proven to be able to develop students' creative thinking skills when learning physical education. This is proven by the sig value. 0,000 so the discovery learning model in physical education learning will be able to develop creative thinking on students. This learning model must be applied in various fields of education. Research on the same topic should be carried out in the future, with the variability of different educational levels of subjects or educational institutional settings

UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPIAN CHEST PASS BOLA BASKET MELALUI STRATEGI VARIASI MENGAJAR SISWAKELAS X IPA 7 SMAN 1 PANGKALAN KERINCI KABUPATEN PELALAWAN

The purpose of this study was to find out whether through teaching variation strategies can improve chest pass learning in basketball games. With research subjects 36 students. This research is a CAR research. Samples from this study were 36 students 18 male students and 18 female students. Based on data processing that researchers have done in class X Science 7 of SMAN 1 Pangkalan Kerinci, from a total sample of 36 students, it was concluded that in this study a complete 33 students with a percentage of 91.7% and an incomplete number of 3 people with a percentage of 8.3%. Based on the results of the research data analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the application of variations in teaching in the learning process can improve the skills of basketball pass chest pass in class X Science 7 students at SMAN 1 Pangkalan Kerinci.Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah melalui strategi variasi mengajar dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran chest pass permainan bola basket. Dengan subjek penelitian 36 siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian PTK. Subjek penelitian dari penelitian ini sebanyak 36 orang siswa 18 putra dan 18 Putri. Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang telah peneliti lakukan di kelas X IPA 7 SMAN 1 Pangkalan Kerinci, dari jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 36 orang siswa, disimpulkan bahwa pada penelitian ini yang tuntas sebanyak 33 orang siswa dengan persentase 91,7% dan jumlah yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 3 orang dengan persentase 8,3%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa dengan penerapan variasi mengajar dalam proses pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan keterampilanchest pass permainan bola basket pada siswa kelas X IPA 7 SMAN 1 Pangkalan Kerinci

Pengaruh Metode Kooperatif Terhadap Keterampilan Bermain Bolabasket Pada Siswa Puteri Kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 9 Pekanbaru

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh metode kooperatif terhadap keterampilan bermain bolabasket. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini adalah 24 siswa puteri kelas VIII, teknik pengambilan sampel ini adalah total sampling. Total sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 24 orang siswa kelas VIII. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode kooperatif terhadap keterampilan bermain bolabasket yaitu thitung5,92 danttabel1,714, hal ini menunjukan bahwa thitung lebih besar dari ttabel, sehingga metode kooperatif berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keterampilan bermain bolabasket siswa puteri kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 9 Pekanbaru

THE EFFECT LEG MUSCLE EXPLOSIVE POWER, FLEXIBILITY, HAND EYE COORDINATION AND CONFIDENCE OF SKILL LAY UP SHOOT BASKETBALL

The purpose of this research is to obtain information on the direct and indirect influence of leg muscle explosive power, flexibility, hand eye coordination and self confidence in basket lay up shoot skills. The research method used in this research is the type of quantitative research with correlational study approach. Technical analysis using path analysis approach (path analysis). The total population of this research is 41 students, sampling technique by total sampling. Total samples in this research is 41 students who followed extracurricular. The results of this research concluded: (1) leg muscle explosive power directly affect the skills of lay up shoot as 0.408, (2) flexibility direct influence on skills lay up shoot as 0.297, 3) hand eye coordination directly affect the skills of lay up shoot as 0,217, (4) self confidence directly influence to skill of lay up shoot as 0,151, (5) leg muscle explosive power directly influence to self confidence as 0,317, (6) flexibility direct influence to self confident as 0,261, 7) hand eye coordination has a direct effect self confidence as 0.282.   Keywords:   leg muscle explosive power, flexibility, hand-eye coordination confidence, lay up shoot, surve

PESAN VISUAL MURAL KOTA KARYA JOGJA MURAL FORUM-YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian yang berjudul “Pesan Visual Mural Kota Karya Jogja Mural Forum–Yogyakarta” ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai karya mural JMF yang mengandung beragam ungkapan pesan visual, dan menunjuk pada pemikiran permasalahan yang sedang terjadi pada saat ini. Studi kebermaknaan mural dan fungsinya sebagai media aspirasi masyarakat juga peran seniman terhadap berbagai peristiwa yang terjadi sekarang ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan komunikasi visual. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mural, sedangkan objeknya adalah pesan visual. Setting penelitian/wawancara mengambil tempat di kawasan Lempuyangan, Stasiun Tugu, dan Langenarjan (timur Alun-Alun Selatan Yogyakarta). Data penelitian diperoleh dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi visual. Data dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesan visual mural karya JMF ditinjau dari segi bentuk/form, warna, garis, ilustrasi dan tema yang diangkat, yaitu: pertama, seniman JMF menggambarkan bentuk sederhana dari unsur-unsur flora semacam buah, tanaman, hingga menggunakan unsur bendawi sebagai objek mural. Tema kesederhanaan pun telah menjadikan karya mural cukup menarik untuk diapresiasi oleh kalangan masyarakat yang berada di sekitar kawasan tersebut. Salah satunya mengenai citraan/image kesegaran dan kesejukan yang diberikan oleh alam, seperti pada mural “Semangka Berdaun Sirih”. Kedua, mengenai pesan mural “Jejak Ingatan di Antara Coretan” terurai kalimat “Tanamanku Dimakan Konblog”, mengingatkan betapa minimnya lahan untuk penghijauan, karena efek banyaknya gempuran pembangunan material padat yang semakin menggerus keberadaan tanaman-tanaman di perkotaan. Pentingnya menjaga kelestarian lingkungan alam sekitar, mengkomunikasikan melalui pesan mural bahwa sudah saatnya ada pembatasan pembangunan material padat oleh pihak pemerintah, sehingga lahan yang seharusnya untuk kepentingan penghijauan alam dapat dipakai sebagai kehidupan yang nyaman bagi anak-cucu nantinya
